I’ve heard not to do that to protect them from foreign elements. So keep it in the wrapper, keep it in the box it came in and etc. until it’s ready to smoke by your choice
Cellophane is used to keep moisture in cigars and to protect it from damaging it in transport. You can store your cigars in humidor with the cellophane wrapper or you can take it off. If you take it off, the cigar can age a bit, so it can be a little more tastier, especially if you are gonna smoke that cigar in a couple of months.
You cant "recondition" a cigar. If a cigar has been in a too dry or too moist enviroment for too long, the oils in the cigar are gone and youll never be able to get the aroma back in the cigar.
Ripeness might be a better descriptor than freshness, thanks for the video
Should I be storing my cigars without the cellophane wrapper?
