Hi Lin! So, this comparison is for the Nomad standard Modern Leather Case (not the Horween Leather version) for the iPhone 14 Pro versus Mujjo Full Leather case for the iPhone 14 pro. Both are good. The leather on both cases is sustainably sourced, coming from the same Ecco tannery in the Netherlands. Both are MagSafe. The Mujjo case has leather on the sides and on the back, just like Apple’s leather case. It also has color matched metal buttons. The Nomad case is leather on the back, obviously, but it has TPE sides and TPE buttons. Buttons on both cases are responsive and work well. Size wise, the Nomad case is very slightly taller than the Mujjo case and a tiny bit thinner. The two cases are the same in width. In terms of fit, the sides on the Mujjo case fit more firmly because the material itself is less flexible. The TPE sides on the Nomad case flex a bit more. Both cases have a good fit overall, however, and both are easy to get on and off the phone. For drop protection, Nomad is the clear winner. Mujjo doesn’t have any drop rating for its cases, while the Nomad case offers 10 ft of drop protection. For lip around the screen, Mujjo is the clear winner. It has a much higher protective lip than the Nomad case, even with a tempered glass screen protector in place. However, the Nomad case has a much higher rim around the rear camera than the Mujjo case does. The leather on the Mujjo case has more texture to it, giving it a bit more grip, and overall it looks slightly nicer than the leather on the Nomad case, although both manufacturers are sourcing their leather from the same place. (Of course, if you choose the Horween leather version of the Nomad case, it is significantly nicer than the leather on the Mujjo case.) Hope this helps! Enjoy your weekend!
Which case feels thinner in the hands? Mujjo or the iPhone leather case? (I prefer thin fitting cases like aramid cases from Pitaka Magez pro 3, Benks etc). thanks
The iPhone leather case is a little bit thinner than the Mujjo case, but I don't really think it is noticeable in the hand. They feel pretty much the same, except for the fact that the Mujjo case is a little grippier...
Got mine also . 14 Pro Max with Monaco Blue . But the same problem , the buttons are stiff. And the camera lip is tooo thin. But the case overall is good
Hi Lee! So sorry to hear that you got a case with stiff buttons...you might want to contact Mujjo and ask what your options are. It seems like some cases end up with stiff buttons and some don't...
Nice review and content on these cases loving the buttons on the cases but lately I’m not a fan of the leather ones since I started using pitaka. Just wondering did you pick up the apple air pod pros 2 I would love your opinion on them , I’m thinking of upgrading thanks as always have a wonderful weekend 😎👏🇮🇪
Hi Mary! Pitaka's aramid fiber cases are really lovely...I can see how they have seduced you away from leather! Very unique look and feel. As far as the Apple AirPods Pro 2 are concerned, they are really nice. I bought a pair, and tried them out for a week or so, and then ended up giving them to my husband because he uses AirPods Pro a lot more than I do, for business calls and such, and he had an old pair of the AirPods Pro first generation that were still basically functional, but not working reliably enough for his needs. So I took the old pair, because I was only using them in the gym or on the subway, and he took the new ones. I am waiting for the old ones to finally break, and then I will get my own pair of the 2nd Gen AirPods Pro. They are quite similar in a lot of ways to the 1st gen, but their noise cancellation is definitely a cut above. The 1st gen AirPods Pro have great noise cancellation...the 2nd gen AirPods Pro have fantastic noise cancellation. Plus, the new AirPods Pro have 4 sizes of ear tips, as opposed to only 3 sizes of ear tips for the 1st gen. If you are in between ear tip sizes, it can really make a difference.
@@TheTechReviewer thanks for that I never had a problem with the fit , I’m into apple products but I really don’t want to upgrade if the sound quality is the same , I take great care of my stuff and my first gen air pods are like new I really love them . But €300 is a lot to give if the upgrade isn’t much thanks as always looking forward to your review on the please god . Enjoy your weekend 😎🇮🇪
As always thx for perfect presentation with details, my dream still there after watching all these videos to use one of carbon fiber cases witch we don't have in our country

Hi ! I don't have any long term use data for you, unfortunately. Both look like they should wear fairly well, but you still need to be gentle with them. Mujjo has a new leather case type this fall which is much more drop protective, plus they are using a new type of leather this fall as well. I will be reviewing them later...
These are great cases however I’m a little upset that Mujjo have now discontinued ALL iPhone 13 range of cases?! Just because we now have the iPhone 14 out, doesn’t mean that the 13 no longer exists. Poor decisions by Mujjo…….👎🏼👎🏼
Mujjo leather is garbage. I've tried a couple of their cases and they wear worse than the current Apple ones do. Bullstrap, Andar, Ryan London are the only good full leather choices out there right now.
Thanks for sharing your experience, @foreverblue, and so sorry the Mujjo cases you had did not work out well. Did you try reaching out to Mujjo regarding your issues?
@@TheTechReviewer Nope. Had a couple of their cases and they all had the same issues so didn’t see much point. At best they would just send me another garbage case.
Isn't the leather on Mujjo genuine?
Yes, absolutely. It is definitely genuine leather…
I’m torn between this or the bull strap leather one 😅
Well, I have no experience with the Bullstrap cases. I’ve heard positive things, though. These Mujjo cases are really good options, however.😊
@@TheTechReviewer I absolutely love the blue Monaco
@@TheTechReviewer I’m also looking at the aspen from Andar.
The Monaco Blue is a really great color…I highly recommend it!!
How’s does the phone snap in? A solid hold? Have you used one for a long enough time to experience the patina?
just ordered a mujjo case for my iphone 14 pro. it will be my first case by this brand, but i have heard many good things about them!
Hi Carl! Has it arrived yet? Hope you like it!
Just wondering how the Mujjo leather case compares with the Nomad modern leather case.

@@TheTechReviewer its ok . I still like the case though . but probably they should add more “lip” on the camera bump. But overall 9/10 case
I hear you…I’d like more camera protection too! But Mujjo cases have always been like that, with pretty low rear camera lips. No idea why…
Hi, just wanted to check if your buttons are still stiff after continuous usage?
Sorry, no update from me, Sid. I haven’t used the case for that long. Too many cases to review!
