That's a very Korean and Japanese thing to do. They put their face makeup slightly lighter. It's on purpose. Travel there and you'll see they almost all do that.
Pregnancy safe, chemical filter free sunscreen reccomendations needed. Most pregnant or ttc women want to be cautious and not risk the chemical filters or licorice or other ingredients that are not deemed safe during this period. A video about pregnancy safe products would be great. Sunscreens are especially difficult to find. I also have dermatitis or exzema and dry skin so your recommendations are great for me and appreciated.
Personally, I like SPFs with the tone up effect. It helps even out my skin tone. However, I wouldn’t recommend it if you have medium-deep skin tone. Thanks Soo for making this video!
Thank you for such a great review of SPF’s. I only use Korean and Japanese SPF’s. Well ok, I will use a mineral spf if that’s all I have while awaiting an order for my faves. Karla,62 with normal to dry, dehydrated skin. Which ones do you highly recommend for dehydrated , dry skin. I will look thru your videos, but do you have any that rates cushion foundations and application. I very rarely wear foundation, but am wanting to try K Beauty’s cushion foundations. I do not care for matte. Thank you sweetie.
hello! im still currently on the hunt for a good mineral sunscreen with minimal white cast, that's easy to spread and not too expensive 😅 can i ask what mineral sunscreens you use please? 💗
@@ribs.6683I am not currently wearing a Mineral SPF. I wear Heimish Glow spf 50++++. And just received HaruHaru Wonder spf 50++++. Can’t wait to get it on my fave, neck and chest. I thought I had a mineral spf in my bag that was a mineral, but remembered I threw it away. I do not like them at all. They are all so heavy and never dry down. I apologize as I tried x2 bottles of DRMTLGY universal tinted spf but it always turned orange on my very fair skin. Also have tried LaRochePosay mineral spf, but all of their products pill on me something terrible.
But can we finally begin to recommend affordable, big size fragrance free, body sunscreens??!? I guess living in Korea, sunscreens like those are quite affordable, but for international people they can get quite expensive with shipping taxes and fees. So are there any recommendation for a big size sunscreen? Any recs pls?
Is the common practice in Korea and Kbeauty world that the SPF is for all over including body and you don’t have separate SPF for face vs body? Asking as in the UK you see a lot of brands have face SPF in small bottles that cost more and then larger bottles that are cheaper per ml for body SPF.
The newer face spf is formulated to be able to use under make up and to either moisturize or control oil appearance, but body spfs usually don’t have to target it. So, you can use any spf on your face or body, but need to know that even though the protection will be the same, the other benefits probably won’t
I have definitely used “body” spfs on my face growing up but I absolutely hated it, and that was until I found Jbeauty spfs in my teens and that was a long time ago. It was since then I would use different products on face and body. And if I didn’t like the product on my face then I would use it on my arms and legs. But I don’t really see Jbeauty or Kbeauty market face vs body sunscreen so it must be a western thing.
Hi how is the Purito Seoul sunscreen compared to the other chemical sunscreens in terms of glowy, shiny, dewy sheen? I prefer sunscreens with a less dewy look and more of semi matte finish bc I’ve got combination skin. Thanks!
Do you know if Korea makes a sunscreen that Provides dna repair for people with Actinic Keratosis? The only company I found so far is from Spain called Isdin eryfotona actinica. I'm using it and it has the worst chemical smell ever. I would so appreciate your help.
I have extremely sensitive, reactive skin and the only sunscreen i can use without irritation is Hygee vegan sun cream SPF 50+ It’s pricy but so worth it. I would recommend trying this brand if you have a bad reaction to others.
I saw the new Purito sunscreen on Stylevana and was curious about trying it so added it to cart, as I liked Puritos other sunscreen. I also like Aestura as a brand and used a few of their products, did not know they had a sunscreen too
I love that Soo actually compared these sunscreens to their Japanese counterparts, namely the Shiseido Anessa sun milk.
Just ordered 5 sunscreens with your discount code! THANK YOU!
Getting excited when I saw the notification bell ring up.
bruh... she's using the wrong shade of foundation on her face :(

@@theoneandonly2503 I am very familiar as my gf is korean born and raised and I was there last Fall... I think she may have gone a bit overboard
Why you watching other Korean girls? Does your GF know about you scouting for other Korean chicks on RUclips 🫢
She is looking like a ghost
So tempted to get the Aestura sunscreen! Their skincare is so good!
Aestura is not cruelty free, so it's a no for me...
you're so underrated Soo, i really love and appreciate your videos and your lovely shining personality !!!!!
Yayyyy!!!!! Love some early SPFs!❤
Finally, you found the Dr.ceuracle sunscreen!! It's my favorite ever!! 😄😊💚🧡🧡

Wow, looks amazing! I'd love to try it out🥰😘
Thanks for this video, Soo! So excited to try all of them lol. The Dr. G seems like a great sunscreen when I just don't want to wear make up haha

Please do a review on Korean tinted sunscreens!

eunyul, nivea japan, hotomugi, derma b
This!! Did you find out?
@Khsjsj well no. Derma b I guess, but it has fragrance. So the other alternative is japanese sunscreens.
And at last local options.

It's just marketing. If you use it on the face, you can use it on the body too. The reverse is quite true.

i kind of have a question to ask, is skin1004 still popular in korea? have you tried their spf and how good are they actually? thank you!
Dr.Ceuracle sunscreen is the BEST!

whats the finish of the new purito sunscreen?
Hi Soo, where can i buy dr ceuracle in seoul?
can i wear the Dr. G Pore Blur Up Sun alone will it look unnatural and weird or do i need to wear it underneath makeup? 😅
My favorite sunscreen is elf Invisible Sunscreen Blurring Primer. I use it alone without makeup and I love how matte it is.
I have tried 4 different korean sunscreen and they either burn my skin or dry them out😢
I have extremely sensitive, reactive skin and the only sunscreen i can use without irritation is Hygee vegan sun cream SPF 50+
It’s pricy but so worth it. I would recommend trying this brand if you have a bad reaction to others.
Maybe you have reaction from uv filters
Hoping for matte sunscreens and not those yucky glowy sunscreens🤢🤢🤢🤢
Dr.Ceuracle has matte finish sunscreen for oily skin types too
@@joodangeej7972 do you know the name?

Omg no I placed a YesStyle order before watching😭😭😭

That Purito centella made my face so itchy ☹
i have very oily skin and hot and humid summer please recommend a sunscreen which would suit me and would not come out with sweat easily ...
try Dr.Ceuracle's 5a control no-sebum sun lotion
