While I agree with what you say, some people will notice and appreciate the effort you put into yourself and that to the other person will be taken that you are willing to put effort in things important to you.

I myself never been attractive to anyone, back in high school I hated how they look. I was more attractive to girls like in AKB48 or Nogizaka46 attractive women. Am 28 and never had a relationship nor do I even care about it.
Am unattractive latino guy with dark skin, I know east Asian women are not into people like me.
I just work out, meditate, and stay single as a pope, I be a left over guy in a year and am proud of it.
