I would say that purple is a neutral tone that looks good on everyone similar to pink where it depends on how deep the tone is and the level of light handedness/heavy handedness of the application. For lighter skin tone it give a vampy look where as darker tone skin it gives a glowy blushy effect.

Search up Silicone lip applicator! it's apparently meant to mimic the way fingers smudge products around - the one I have works perfectly for blotting lip colors and a bit of blush!

It would be applied a bit more sparingly and would result in an intensely contrasting lip color that would pop even more with a translucent lipgloss applied over it. Not sure about its viability as blush on lighter complexions, as it might be difficult to apply thinly enough so it doesn't overwhelm. Still a beautiful color and an excellent looking product from what I can see.
As someone with really pale skin I can say this would also work for the girlies with pale cool toned skin. Obviously a sparing amount tho. So over all a super versatile shade

Brown and purple are complimentary colors ,that's why purple blushes are so perfect with people that are dark skinned

I’m very fair skinned but I love a deep burgundy/purple toned blush. I have to use it very sparingly, but it’s stunning with a light hand
On a light skin tone, it would look crazy. The purple, aubergine and red blushes/tints are made on purpose for dark skin tones
On a lighter skin tone you can use the same color but spread it out thinner. It won’t give you the same exact result but Darcei looks soooo good!
