I am playing basically exactly this but with banette ex instead. I like the second attack for some flexibility, but getting one shot by zard is rough. This looks interesting
huh, i quite like this list! everything makes sense, it uses Dudunsparce, the survival brace tech is very cool, i feel like if i were to play any control deck, this would be it.
That sounds like a lot of fun! I've been experimenting with Froslass and Noivern ex. Not consistent enough, but we're getting there. Banette ex is a card that is on the fringe of excellent. Card lock, modest HP, a potentially devastating attack in poltergeist, and only 1 psychic to energize. Espathra ex gave it promise, but Twilight Masquerade I think undoes that for a little while. It just needs a little something... Edit: I know about its pairing with Gardevoir ex. I mean its status as a control card.
@@ControlPlayersUnite I’ve just finished a list for banette/clodsire with a 1-1 line of Noivern. You’re correct, the meta rn leaves a lot to be desired with Banette. I think Blissey, Dragapult, and gardevoir can give the deck real trouble. I’ll have to lab out some tech for those matchups in particular
