✅ Post your answer in comment box for this MCQ: 🔵 Master regulator of ferroptosis is : A) Glutathione reduced form B) Glutathione oxidised form C) Glutathione reductase D) Glutathione Peroxidase 4
Sir ,doesn’t the lipid peroxidase damage the cell membrane ?how the cell death happens if the cell membrane is intact and cell is normal? Is it because of mitochondrial damage¿
Sir how is cell membrane intact in Ferroptosis. Lipid peroxidation causes membrane dysfunction and loss of permeability. Please reply sir students are getting confused
Respected Sir...nicely explained...sir, I have a doubt...Is Glutathione reductase not expressed during ferroptosis? If it is constitutively expressed then why the conversion of GSSH(oxidized) to GSH(reduced) is not optimum and the amount of GSH is reduced, which inactivates GPX-4, the regulator of ferroptosis. Please answer. Thank you!
Hello sir ...Thank you for your fluid explanation. I just have a doubt that if lipid peroxidation occurs it means there must be cell membrane damage . But why doesn't it happen so . Does ferroptosis causes inflammation like necroptosis and pyroptosis ? and is ferroptosis only pathological or do they have any physiological effects.

. Other faculties just shared a single image of ferroptosis and you made 21min videos
That makes u differ from other patho faculties 💥
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍
✅ Post your answer in comment box for this MCQ:

Sir I am a Nigerian and I must confess that you are the best in the world, please do video on systemic lupus erythmatosus
Sir great video. Even after getting into medicine residency I will see ur videos for sure
Very simply you explain ferroptosis. Its help me a lot. Thanks.
🙏👍🙌
Thank you very much sir🙏🙏..you make things simpler and easier..sir it will be very helpful if we can get important histopathological slide discussion.
My university exam tomorrow and and studying from your videos
Amazing I'll regret why I didn't get this earlier
🕉 My best wishes for great success in your university exams👍
Thank you so much sir for your extraordinary effort to simplify this. Absolutely loved it.
Thanks again.
🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👍
Thank u soo much sir... The way you explaining topics is just amazing ❤

Thank you so much doctor. 🙏🏾
Sir, if I get into central institute, I would definitely come and visit you! Thank you sir 🙏
Amen!!!! Surely it will happen . Best wishes
Great🥰🔥
🕉🙏
@@DrDeveshMishra sir please upload more videos about pathology
I am from Bangladesh 💝
A lot of thanx sir...... 🙏🙏
Thanks a lot sir..
Wonderful explanation sir tq so much:)
🙏🙌👍
Please upload lecture on inflammation 🙏🙏
🙏👍
Sir thanks for the help
Thank you sir!!
So helpfull lecture ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️🙏
Sir, if ferroptosis causes lipid peroxidation then why cell membrane is intact and not damaged??
No one knows bro
🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
🙏🙌👍
Great
🕉🙏
Thank you so much sir....
Thank you so much 😊
Do you have pdf of robbin 10th edition
Sir why does loss of membrane permeability in ferroptosis lead to celldeatg
Sir ,doesn’t the lipid peroxidase damage the cell membrane ?how the cell death happens if the cell membrane is intact and cell is normal? Is it because of mitochondrial damage¿
Tqq so much sir ❤️❤️😄
Sir will you also upload in app or just on youtube channal?
sir can G6PD deficiency also evoke ferroptosis ..?
Sir how is cell membrane intact in Ferroptosis. Lipid peroxidation causes membrane dysfunction and loss of permeability. Please reply sir students are getting confused
means physically memb is intact but membrane permeabilty will be damaged
Respected Sir...nicely explained...sir, I have a doubt...Is Glutathione reductase not expressed during ferroptosis? If it is constitutively expressed then why the conversion of GSSH(oxidized) to GSH(reduced) is not optimum and the amount of GSH is reduced, which inactivates GPX-4, the regulator of ferroptosis. Please answer. Thank you!
its mutation/ decreased reductase level is the reason
Sir from where can we get pdf of new robbins ?
Hello sir ...Thank you for your fluid explanation. I just have a doubt that if lipid peroxidation occurs it means there must be cell membrane damage . But why doesn't it happen so . Does ferroptosis causes inflammation like necroptosis and pyroptosis ? and is ferroptosis only pathological or do they have any physiological effects.
it will eventually cause inflammation. lipid peroxidation will cause CM damage without rupture. They are pathological

Sir V Need Videos Series About Robins New Edition Buk Updates & New Topicz .
Stay connected at this channel . You will get all
Plz make video on autophagy Sir
❤️❤️
In robbins 10 e, it is written that there is loss of membrane permeability and the cell death resembles necrosis.
Please clarify.
Yes sir i have the same doubt please clarify
Pls share link of pdf of latest robbins edition...
Necroptosis is caspase independent
Thanks sir, may I have email id for any clarification
