Hello Lizette, I usually went to my gyms for toga class but then with the transportation strike in Paris, I couldn’t go to the gyms after work anymore so I decided to practice at home. I came across your video on the tutorial of Chaturanga and found out that you’re such a great teacher. Since a few weeks I’ve been daily practicing with your videos (15-40 minutes) and I really enjoy Yoga at home (with you). My strength, flexibility and balance improved enormously!! A part from your teaching techniques, you have a pure, positive and joyful vibe which I admire. Thank you very much for your contribution and good lessons. Keep up the good work!! Xxx

could you suggest me exercises for the spine and to align the hips? it's about one month that I wake up with arms completely asleep. it's about a month that I can't go to the gym because of the corona virus. are the two facts connected?

I really wanted to do this routine as I e enjoyed others you’ve uploaded but the sound was terrible and I couldn’t understand what was being said.. could be my device or my headspace.. or could be a lot of talking. Anyway, thank you for sharing.. I’ll try again another day perhaps. 🙏🏼
You are welcome Joanne. It could be any of those reasons. Maybe this class and the talking doesn't work with your head space. It happens. Glad you have enjoyed the other ones 🙏
