As soon as I stopped allowing him to control my emotions, stopped acting like I believed his lies, stopped trying to explain myself, stopped trying to find logic in the marriage, HE LEFT!! (Thank God!!). My favorite answers became OK, FINE, and I GUESS. No more emotional back and forth. No more listening to him for HOURS. No more reason for him to stay. The discard IS the blessing!

THANK YOU YOUNG KING👑💯🥰 I was there November 2022! Finally said " NO MORE" I stayed 32 years, this Dark Triad Narc took my very mind I allowed this Thing' to bring me ITS' trauma! I had to go to save my very mind....I was dying mentally, emotionally anguish every single moment of the day. I LEFT TOTALLY DEVASTED!!!! Arranged marriage and the family turned on me said I should've stayed.....I never left before but I knew once I left I would never ever return! I left like Tina Turner broken emotionally, mentally physically and financially. That Narc took it all. Yep you are spot on, this video needs to have way more views in the millions and at least the thousands!!! I suffered 12 years before I ran it is the only way to get out!!!! And get your life back, do what you gotta do and if you have children with them God bless because that makes it 1000 times worse.
I've been through this several times with 3 different narcs. It is the most torturous and crushing thing to your wellbeing and spirit. Your wellbeing is sacred. Save your life and RUN. Thank God I finally got out with family and friends support, therapy. LISTEN TO THIS VIDEO. ITS GOD SENT.

It’s that bad? Strangulation? Choked? Thrown across the room? Threats of hitting or punching. Dragged me out the room standing up? Cussing degraded me? Threatened suicide once I took him back he addmitted to being careless and abusive he now discarded me. I stood up for myself remember crying all the time.. didn’t care if I died previously had an abortion he left me manipulated my mind controlled me used me I was suposse to be a one night stand cause of his wife across the country they had problems same behavior I got it worse 🥺😭 I did everything I could . Learned new culture I mean jeez. Threatened to punch me blamed me for being in his way and threw me across the room and left bruises on my arm and butt and my elbow I fell into the dresser .. 😭
