I've loved watching yours and others videos on the 21 350 Husky's so much that l went and put a deposit down on one. This is my 1st short stroke 4stroke bike ever as l've only ever had 2stroke MX bikes since l was a kid.. Other than a XL250 that l used to check our mailbox (I've got a very long driveway) I've never had a 4stroke before. I'm so excited waiting until l can get mine (in 4weeks) that time seems to be moving very slowly like torture to me atm. Your 350 sounds so badass ! I just know that I'm going to be stoked with mine.. Thanks for uploading and swaying me to get one. I'm all the way down under in Australia
Good morning. Between the 2022 and 2023 FC350, which one was easier to handle for you? And which of the 2 bikes tired you the least? Best regards from Guadalajara, Mexico. 🔥🔥🔥
Best 350 reviews out there thank you for the content. And thank you for the track info, next time I go home to visit family in mass I am stealing my brothers bike and heading there. From the video it looks like how cycleranch here in south texas looks at the end of the day.

Cant find any Austrian 350s in the upper midwest so I have been contemplating a XPR tuned Vortex ECU to try and calm down my 450. I have been slowly doing all the mods keefer recomended for the 2020 crf450r chassis, this is the last mod to complete the puzzle.
Good morning, at what altitude above sea level is that sand track located? And did you leave the vortex ecu low, mid and high gasoline settings at number 5 on the vortex?
Great question! I actually experienced something called flame out when the bike would stall during a race half lap in and the cause was the idle on this bike wanted to be at 1200-1400 and have to program the throttle position sensor so to answer the question is I believe you want to be at 1200 but… that was for max power map, I’m sure you can get Chad XPR to program a map that performs well at low rpm
@@DeRail479 Thanks alot. Everyone talks about the vortex as being the best fix for flame outs (after they tried raising their idle) but no one talks about putting it back down again (or going even lower for xcf). Cheers.
Hello sir, on a vortex map 1 is always map 1 ((it does not change ) map 2 is selectable in you vortex the dial X10 is what you adjust to be map for the #2 button on handlebars. Your ECU should have a chart of what the maps are labeled for example I run fuel rich map for #2 which happens to be #2 selection on vortex X-10 dial. Any further questions feel free to ask or visit twisted development website has great explanations
@@DeRail479 I'm 6'1 and 215lbs I have a Husky 450 but that seems like too much power to me. if i buy a husqvarna 350 and put a vortex ecu on it. could the 350 with my 215 pounds get me around the track? Could you give me your opinion please? cordial greetings from guadalajara mexico

Awesome! I love the bike and am sure you will too! Brap!
More power and torque will definitely give the chassis different characteristics for sure

My opinion the 23 was smoother to ride as the 21-22 has a twitchy frame but turned better. They both are great but I choose the 23 of the 2
@@DeRail479 Thank you for your help and your response. Best regards. I thank you
The traction tune in the vortex is sick
I was not aware of the traction tune? Is it like the traction ctrl ?
@@DeRail479 that's what I meant brother. Keeps it hooked up.
If I not mistaken you can change the type of traction control. It should be on the map sheet that comes with the ecu

Good review!
Great review! Are you running stock muffler or did you remove the Husky cone from the inside of the exhaust?
Stock muffler and I used pliers removed the cone
you sound like Bill Burr LOL

Not that this helps but my nephew just unloaded his 2020 Honda crf450WE for a 22 Husqvarna fc450 and loves it

Great question I am 46’ above sea level and yes all fuel trims were at 5 I also hd Chad at XPR map this and was great
@@DeRail479 I watch your videos very often. Did you change the FC350 for a 2023. Did you also put a vortex ECU in the 2023?
Yes I did have a 23 fc350 and I had the vortex programed for it and was amazing. I am on a Yamaha now stock
@@DeRail479 Yes, I have seen your videos on the yz250f doing races in the forest. It seems like you liked the Yamaha's suspension better.
I do like the suspension better I also think the smaller engine is fun
Thanks for the interest and support 🤘🏼
Great video. Silly question - but do you feel like you could run a lower idle with it ?

Hi what track is this looks grate
Wareham Mx in warehm Ma
These maps comes stock on Vortex or are they custom made?
ECU comes empty and you have to have a company like XPR program
Hi pal good video how do i change map 1 on switch to map 2 or 3 on the vortex unit wont it automatically use map 1 n 2 on the vortex

Was it twisted or Xpr that did the mapping?

I do think you would have no problem. The ECU on max power map gives it a 450 power feel for sure 👌
