  • In this presentation, the speakers will explore the urgent need for increased grant and funding allocation to support projects and organizations dedicated to ending animal testing. Leveraging the principles of effective altruism, they highlighted why animal testing is a neglected issue for animal and human welfare alike, how targeted investments can maximize impact, end animal suffering, and advance scientific research for a longterm impact on not only animal welfare but also human health. The presentation provides an overview of the current landscape, identify key funding gaps, and propose actionable strategies to foster innovation and collaboration within this crucial field.
