    Loved this one Roxanne! I'm still in my deload week so just went light but I need more of those alt single arm deadlifts in my life!! Can't wait to do those again when I'm out of deload and can go heavy, heavy, heavy!! Thanks as always and much love!!

    this is the first lower body workout that felt short. i didn’t notice that it was ending. feel like i want more 😅 love it! 🫶

    That was a great session. I completed this after 45 minute strength & conditioning with weights and body weight. I used 6, 24 and 15kg for the duration. I used a glute band with a 15kg weight for glute bridges. I also used your hack with the band across the waist with weights. I used (2) 6kg weights for this.❤

      @@WorkoutWithRoxanne The hack is brilliant. I want to try it with heavier weights. It worked great for single leg hip thrust.

    I loved the workout!! But I wish the ending DINGGG bell wasn't as loud, I get migraine from high pitch noises SO easily that I'm afraid to keep the volume up to hear the music🤭
