While scrolling to tiktok i saw your post kuya kyle and your song really hit me. I also come across "Hanggang Tingin" and it really sent daggers through my heart. I'm in love with my best friend for almost 2 years, i don't want to confess because ik that it'll only ruin our friendship. I hope she'll be with me until the end of our "byahe" if only i can gatekeep her, i would, she deserve all the love, but ig this is life, we can't force someone to choose us.
try confessing to her. I tried confessing to my best friend for 7 years of hiding my feelings to her. We've been together but her mother didn't want me to be with her, she just want us to be friends 😢

And for your suggestion po that i should try confessing to her; I have come to accept that i will never have her, and I'm sure that if i do confess either she'll reject me or we’ll face the same path na dinaanan mo po, since her mother is religious (so is she). I'm happy na po now, and I have moved on from her; there's no someone new, I'm working to improve myself more for now.
This song reminds me of someone who I kept close and around for a long time but never had the guts to allow her to join me in the real ride of my life. I was scared, confused and a total coward to fight for the only person who knows me better more than I know myself. It was tragic and painful; there are still days when the thought of her crosses my mind out of nowhere. But that’s one of the inevitable realities of our existence, even the persons and things we want the most slip out of our hands and we are left wondering, am I still worth choosing? Worth loving?
