Also, not to shill for another youtube channel in your comments, but if you want an entertaining, semi- educational look at these "kominka" type houses I'd like to recommend the channel "Tokyo Llama". Hes renovating one with pretty traditional methods and its a great way to pick up vocab lol

I agree so much, builders block is so real. I look at some of the builds I've made in my current save or things I posted on the gallery and I'm like "I know I can build something nice why can't I now?" Everything I build recently I get a rough shell done and I'm like I hate it, and bulldoze
Out of curiosity, how about a bit of a challenge. See if you can build a store. But not just any store: A furniture store (or alternatively a toy store). In Magnolia Promenade (since that world is basically BARE).
So, in a family house this big with two kids there are two bathrooms and neither one of them have a bathtub. You arguably have a wet room on both floors and yet no bathtub.🤔 And now I will download this build and try to figure out where I’m going to put laundry but my dilemma is everything is so well-placed that I would feel guilty moving anything.😓 I love how realistic your builds are I feel like I can actually see the kind of family that would live here. The next time you build in this world can you make a room for a teenage girl because I like shojo and those all her female protagonist and I want to create a Sims for it.
