We were Napa last year and could hear a consistent swishing sound. We were told the tanks were being cleaned. I wish they could take a picture of the inside of the barrel from the top of the barrel.

25 gallons may not be sufficient for this size of tank. The pump will be running empty with very low flow/pressure.
