Article 21 | Indian Constitution | Indian Polity

In this video, I have discussed Article 21 along with some important cases.
But there are a lot of other rights declared by the supreme court as fundamental rights. I didn't mention those in this video, cause that would make this video too long. Anyways, do you want me to cover all those cases as well? Let me know in the comments below.

6.12 you done a mistaken here it's not Golaknath he is Gopalan in 1950. Golaknath case is an similar case of kesavanandha Bharathi case. Could you clear my doubt's?

In adm Jabalpur case la Article 21 cannot be suspended by presidential order is not mentioned , it's only after 44th amendment art 21 cannot be suspended even during emergency.
