Getting rid of your vanguard front line healer is quite unbelievable. It's really hard to understand how anyone could do that. Usually this genre has some sort of misunderstanding, but with this you have to replace one guy with two other party members, why? That just makes no sense. No Eta when It's going to be released though there's also a light novel for this along with eight volumes for the manga

This is some low IQ storytelling from people who haven't played an MMO or RPG before. The Healer and Tank are more necessary than the group leader. The trinity works, it works better if everyone trusts and understands each role. Defective leadership becomes obvious, so does corrupt leadership once there's a body count. Throwing out a healer is madness. you'll likely not get another healer that can deal with group drama. Especially the politics in the group. And the defective leadership. You can replace a hero, you can't replace healing, tactics or intelligence. The guild also refusing to disband is going to be fatal. Going in with a mixed / hybrid class is normal if you can't have a full raid group. Especially a Hydra/ dragon type, move the hydra into a fixed or narrow location so it can't run or turn on the damage group, or swing the tail/neck. If you can't bottleneck, push/pull the dragon against a wall to avoid battering/swipe/claw damage.

After the MC was kicked out, he had little to no contact with the former team apart from being asked to return. The former team didn't try and ruin the MC's life and the MC wasn't out for revenge. It's the guild itself that's after the MC for some reason. So it's not the same old story with a different coat of paint.
Ya know, to be honest, this is the first manga of this kind where I've seen the Guild Receptionist is mean to the MC that gets kicked out of the party.
A healer who can fight with the vangaurd and use offensive magic is a Paladin, not a "defective healer." The party that kicked him are idiots, you can't replace a Paladin with a Priestess.
Yeah the main thing you don't want to do is get rid of your healer who pretty much saved you from being poisoned to death by a Hydra if he wasn't there they would probably be dead even though his spells are not that powerful they're still freaking useful for example .if a monster bashes your head who's going to heal that head or if your arm gets broken into multiple pieces by a Golem who exactly is going to heal your arm. One example was when the diaster wolves captured Narsuna and it said they would do everything to her except sell her into slavery. Yeah the main thing you don't want to do is get rid of your healer who pretty much saved you from being poisoned to death by a Hydra if he wasn't there they would probably be dead even though his spells are not that powerful they're still freaking useful for example .if a monster bashes your head who's going to heal that head or if your arm gets broken into multiple pieces by a Golem who exactly is going to heal your arm.
I mean I've seen a lot of manga like this pretty much the party members kick out a helpful party member but don't realize that their party member was keeping them alive until they kick him out eventually they get badly injured and want to take revenge on their healer or useful party member who's actually very helpful.🤔🤔🤔😏😏😏
oddly enough in real life. gamers do this to healers 70% of the time. than other group of people would be like "are you fucking insane?" we don't care your a top player. if you are this dumb. than why should we respect you? like they can keep there little hill. we have other games to play anyway.

One example was when the diaster wolves captured Narsuna and it said they would do everything to her except sell her into slavery. Reading the text bubbles they actually said they would everything to her then sell her into slavery.
