Shanling is unique because they provide users with a left-right balance setting on the device itself. While it's a must-have for many people, the vast majority of products across the whole price spectrum miss this feature.
Sir I got a suggestion that this amp dac is powder enough to power hifiman he400se planar magnetic open back headphone ,which I am planning to buy Is there any sac ,amp cheaper than this with enough power to drive that headphones
For speakers, go for H5. It has analogue out which is useful for speakers. I don't think any of these can do transmission. And you can easily use your phone for streaming or get a DAP. They can transmit and there is no difference in transmitting capabilities of DAPs and phones.
@@eargasmic3060 Thank you very much. I understand that, there is not much difference between iphone and DAP when connected to Bose Soundtouch 30 via blue tooth. Shanling H5 can be connected to Bose Soundtouch 30 via 3.5mm Jack or It may be connected via bluetooth also.
It's not like EQ but these are passing filters, they can change the way a note behaves. They can make a note a bit less sharp or slightly thin and things like that but the effect is across the spectrum unlike EQ that affects a part of the spectrum.
JM.C 13
@@eargasmic3060 I currently have ifi go blu and zen dac v2, I am looking to get something that is an upgrade to both but can take the place of both as a single device, I saw this and it caught my eye but now im thinking maybe not so much... Do you have any recommendations? I would like to stay between $200-$400. fiio q15 seems interesting but I dont know if thats overkill and if there is anything less expensive
Oh go for the Q15, wait a couple of days, I will make a video on it too. Q15 is a work for sure but is very good. H2 is not bad at all but look at the price and the features. It cannot be high quality with everything.
If you use it as a companion device to your phone as control for Dap like control it is extremely good leave in your pocket and browse music change all settings Inc gain and filters via app music can be either accessed via folders or using music scan for full Dap experience plus over double the power output of the Hidvizs. I have both. The H5 is a good step up but bigger and less pocketable but does have smoother DAC implemented.
If you are using your phone for all this.. it's basically the same thing. The phone has to come out of your pocket. Hidizs DH80s isnt half weak at all and it's tuning is more refined and cleaner. If someone doesn't want bluetooth, I feel DH80s is a better option for using with IEMs.

Good point but these things can be done with nearly every player app so.. not that special.
*Excellent* *review!*
*Thank* *you* ❤
Great review. Cool the metallic timbre you named be fixed after the XMOS update? Some people said it fixed it but I dunno.
That metallic timber is slightly better, not totally gone though.
@@eargasmic3060 Thanks!

I can offer a Hip DAC 2 at 7k, if you are interested.
If you want to buy new, H2 has plenty of power but can be slightly thin sounding.
Can you please advise which one is better Fiio BTR7 and this Shanling H2? Both Bluetooth and USD mode
Go for the BTR7. Go for H2 if you intend to use it with PC.
@@eargasmic3060 Thank you!
H2 Vs H5, which one recommended? can it be connected to external speakers like Bose Soundtouch 30?
For speakers, go for H5. It has analogue out which is useful for speakers.

@krishnang8329 I am not sure if H5 can do Bluetooth transmission but you can always use Analogue out with the Bose.
Does these filters really change the sound ??? And are they like EQ???

thanks for this
I got metallic timbre on the h5 too. Dealbreaker for me
Go for the Q15, you will like that.
Hello, may I ask where did you order it form? I was thinking of getting it.
I got it from headphonezone.in
@@eargasmic3060 oh which website is that? The currency looks different 😅
Edit :- oh is it an Indian website?
If you want, get it from Linsoul or Hifi-go. HPZ is an Indian seller. 😁
I just ordered it for the equivalent of USD$101.50. ✅
I have H7 would you like to review it?
Wow, you are willing to laon me your H7?
I will love to pay for shipping. 🙏🏻
This or fiio btr15
Go for BTR7. This is good but not the best unless you want more power.
