Thank you for tagging, Jill. I usually don’t keep the bags that I don’t use. If I haven’t use specific bag for more than a year I simply sell that bag. I can see pattern, you want to sell large bags that take much space in your closet.
No pressure on the tag for you Oxana. Not all tags make sense for everyone. You are one of the best at keeping your collection trimmed and edited! Yes, I will definitely be editing out large bags, and it's time I edit out smaller bags to. We'll see what happens! xoxo
Such fair points Jill! Space is a big issue for me as well, it’s often why I really really think about adding another bag. Small to mini bags are more manageable and more frequently worn for me. Can’t wait to see how your collection evolves!
Thank you! I had a meeting with the closet woman today, and it is so difficult for me to tell how many bags I will be able to keep in my closet. There will be a battle for space between the shoes and bags! xoxo
No need to apologize. It's your collection so you do whatever you want with it. I think these are great choices to purge and you have excellent reasons, though you need no reason at all. The Valentino bag looks like the market totes that have been so popular lately. I've seen people add shelving to their rooms to store/display their bag and slg collections. Have you considered that option?
Thank you Autumn! The shelving idea is an interesting one. I have so much art that wall space is at a premium, but I will definitely keep that idea in mind as things progress around here. I'm very curious to see what I will eventually be able to get into my closet. xoxo
Thanks for doing this tag Jill! I can't imagine going from a dressing room to a reach in closet. They are all lovely bags but I would probably do the same thing.
Thank you again for tagging me Yota! It's quite the change, but I do think i'm going to like it. I just need to get every drop out of that reach in!! xoxo
Jill Maurer Closet organizers are great and double rows for hanging things!! We should do a before and after video on your closet organization skills LOL
Hi my darling, Jill. Congratulations on your new condo. It may be a little challenging in the beginning, but I am sure you will love it. About your bags, you are very smart to do this. We don't need 100 bags around us, we need just a few good ones. For the one you are going to sell, I think that is very smart. The Chanel bag you have, I had it too and sold it. I never thought about it after I sold it, so I made the right decision. I love your background, your wall design is very interesting, very beautiful. Thank you so much for tagging me, I will definitely do this!! xoxo
Thank you so much Sabrina! The condo was definitely the right move for me. It will eventually be exactly what I want. Thank you for the encouragement on downsizing. I'll be thinking a lot about how to curate the perfect collection for me and that will fit into my space. I look forward to seeing your take on this tag! xoxo
Hi Jill! I'm late to the party - just catching up with your videos. I downsized from a 5000 SQ foot home to my 1500 SQ foot cluster home last year! My two spawns flew the coop and I was sick of maintaining a large space for just me. Puhlease. Now, I'm into easy living. I love it so much! Everything is one floor - bonus! And it was a new build - so I jumped in and never looked back. Also - I do not like the Chanel double flap. Nope. Too heavy for me. I have the mini rectangular and love it. You can fit more than you think! I did not like the jumbo double flap! Enjoy your videos! I never comment much. But - thanks for sharing!
Oh wow we have so much in common! My condo is definitely not new construction, but I had completely renovated it in '08. I was thinking it would be in better shape. Oh well! It will be easy living once I get it together. Then I will be joining you on easy street! What were the hardest things for you to give up when you were downsizing? I thought it would be art, but I've been able to squeeze a lot in. It's shoes and bags for me. xoxo
When they started building these clusters - that's what made me decide. So - that's what I meant. I jumped right on. Sold my home - bought this one. No regrets! I do only have two bedrooms - So my master is pretty large with a full bath and a walk in closet. However; last year I adopted the rule of one in and one out. It just made me pause and really think on what my purchases would be. I'm in for quality and not quantity. I sold 90 percent of my mono lv bags. I'm just not into the logos anymore - flashy wise. I'm team Kelly. My favorite style bag! I love your new one! I currently own three. I'm not a Birkin girl - Kelly all the way. 😊 My shoes - I did downsize. I just purged so much in the move - 20 years in that house with two kids. I purged their stuff too! Such a nice cleanse! I enjoy your videos. Thank you.
Wow, the Chanel Jumbo was a surprise pick for you for me. Love that it is the single flap and that it’s such a great color! Chocked it would be the first one to go! It’s goes with just about anything. I’d keep that one forever 😍, but you have a lot of great bags, so I’m sure it will be a difficult feat to pair them down. Good luck!
Well ... when I made this video I was thinking about my Hermes Kelly 28 in gold with palladium hardware that I hadn't aired on RUclips yet. The Kelly replaces this bag for me. It's a little smaller and sleeker. It doesn't hold as much, but I'm fine with that. xoxo
Yes, it is big change. From dressing room to closet , I can’t imagine. Those bags you have picked are beautiful but I totally agree to let them go. Thank You so much for tagging me and sharing with us. Have a wonderful weekend darling ❤️
Thanks for doing this tag! You’re right... that Chanel bag is a beautiful color! I wonder what you have in mind 🤔🤗. I’ll need to watch your video prior about the move. I had no idea! I looooooooved your house! It was such a work of Art :).
Hi Jill, Bayswater is indeed a good work bag, very spacious but will take a lot of space if you are downsizing. Roger Vivier is nice, love the color but yep, it is a bit big too. Nevertheless all of them are fab bags. TFS xxx
Thank you so much for doing the tag.... You have such a unique collection which makes your choices so interesting ... Now I’m really excited to see your 5 jewellery choices xxx
Hi, Jill! Great tag! I think it is a matter of time that you would let these beautiful bags go😉. I would say all bags are unique. Once you have a couple of similar bags in your closet, you start thinking of possible say goodbye to your handbags. Thanks for the share❤️
Thank you so much for tagging me in this wonderful video. Your Roger Vivier tote has a beautiful color especially when you like to achieve a monochromatic look. This tag is timely for you as i am aware you are downsizing your collection due to house transfer. Have a fab weekend! xoxo
My great aunt who lived in Chicago had a bedroom that was her dressing room and she had so many racks of clothes I swear it looked like a dry cleaners or a warehouse
Do you think you'll sell them and get something or several things you would use? You guessed right! YotaStyle also tagged Autumn Beckman and Bobster92. xoxo
That’s a beautiful Chanel, gorgeous! Your YSL handbag does look like you, sad you are letting it go. I do understand if you let go of your three larger bags. Sure have missed seeing beautiful you.
The Valentino tote is lovely - and has no studs! (I hated the rockstuds...I am in the minority). Where/when will you be selling these bags? I am curious about this one in particular.
I usually sell through The RealReal but have been asked to sell some on RUclips so I may try that. You can email me directly at jillmaurerjewelry at gmail if you'd like. xoxo
Oh I totally understand where you’re coming from how many totes/ work bags do you really need blah blah blah but oh my Gosh the Valentino black and brown is so scrumptious
I've never even had a walk-in closet. A dressing room? I can't imagine. Beautiful bags, all. It's a shame to sell the Mombassa bag, it's so on-brand for you.
It was wonderful, but I will say I love a good walk in closet where you can see everything at once. Thank you on the bags. It's so true on the Mombassa bag! I've been having second thoughts. We'll just have to see how much my closet holds! xoxo

Thank you! It was an interesting one to think about!! xoxo

Ooooooo!!! Love that YSL bag, I remember that video. I like YSL in general, have my third YSL downtown sac tote coming as we speak from Fashionphile.
YSL is a great brand. I hope you love your new bag!! xoxo

Jill Maurer Can’t wait to see! 😍

Thank you Andri! The jewelry one is going to be tough!! xoxo
Hi, Jill! Great tag! I think it is a matter of time that you would let these beautiful bags go😉. I would say all bags are unique. Once you have a couple of similar bags in your closet, you start thinking of possible say goodbye to your handbags. Thanks for the share❤️
Thank you Sabina! I definitely agree. It's important that each bag serve a purpose in my collection and isn't a duplicate. xoxo
From your intro “living well” - I’ve never noticed this but what an understatement 😉
Thank you so much!! xoxo

You are so welcome! I look forward to seeing what you choose! The Vivier is lovely. Hopefully it won't bee too hard to part with some bags! xoxo
Thank you for the video
You are welcome! I'm delighted you enjoyed it!! xoxo
My great aunt who lived in Chicago had a bedroom that was her dressing room and she had so many racks of clothes I swear it looked like a dry cleaners or a warehouse
Ha! At one point I had 30 black skirts. It was madness! xoxo
@@JillMaurer I hope you are enjoying the new place I'm curious have you heard of Alex Sepkus?
I would give up a few of my LV bags that I never use and a Fendi Spy bag I never use. I’m surprised Autumn wasn’t tagged unless she already was?
Do you think you'll sell them and get something or several things you would use? You guessed right! YotaStyle also tagged Autumn Beckman and Bobster92. xoxo

I do understand if you let go of your three larger bags.
Sure have missed seeing beautiful you.
Aww thank you so much Eva. You will be seeing more of me. I'm finally starting to get into the swing of things! xoxo

Great video, just subbed
Thank you and welcome! xoxo
Oh I totally understand where you’re coming from how many totes/ work bags do you really need blah blah blah but oh my Gosh the Valentino black and brown is so scrumptious
Thank you Leslie! It is a great bag, but ... xoxo
What kind of table is that behind you? Knoll?
Good eye! It's a Saarinen round dining table sold by Knoll. xoxo
I've never heard of Bayswater before but I want one now.
Mulberry is an English brand that is becoming more popular in the US. They make some wonderful pieces! xoxo
I've never even had a walk-in closet. A dressing room? I can't imagine. Beautiful bags, all. It's a shame to sell the Mombassa bag, it's so on-brand for you.

Hey new friend! I am here so return the love and support! I can’t wait to watch your videos and learn more about you! Let’s stay connected, shall we?

Women love bags, clothing, jewelry etc, some they do not need so much for life when they never feel enough, so this material become burdened for them.
That can happen sometimes! xoxo
