You should have Kellytoy Luigi in a video as Mama Luigi and he'd be clone of Luigi.
Three of my favourite Mario plush channels all use Kellytoy (Stache Bros, SML and Cute Mario Bros) so these plushies hold a big place in my heart and I hope that one day, I can own them and the Mario Party 5 plushes

I wish these were still available in arcade claw machines, sadly the closest I have to Mama Luigi is a plush I got at the fair that's cheaply made and had a suction cup to hang from your car window.

They are still in claw machines actually. I remember seeing one in the machine and the worker said they’ve had them in stock for years. But it’s really rare to see them.

also something you may not know is that they came in more then 3 sizes like you said. there is an official fabled 40 inch kellytoy mario and luigi that i could only find one listing of the mario and one low res photo of the luigi. they are real but probably harder to come across then the 40 inch mario party 5 ones!
