Nice one Jer. That's a lot of work you were doing there. Apart from something slim like the sides, I find sanding in small circles digs in a little better like an orbital would. Now for part 2 before I head to work. Trev
Hi Trevor, thanks for stopping by and for checking out the video. The main reason for sanding it in straight lines is for the effect it will give me on the surface, but yeah if I was going for a different type finish then going in circles would be better. I also tried a hand sander and Dremel tool but I find doing by hand gives me control on the pieces. At the moment I'm between this build and the Ark of the covenant and both are ready for the next part which is painting.
