I love that Almost Friday, which conceptually is the feeling of a fun crazy weekend incoming, is lead by two hermits. this is the representation that keeps me going. the zillennial bridge between generations is a wild place to be. Hey Gus, as long as you are regularly active (sounds like you are) there’s no problem with the Pedialyte. When you sweat your body loses sodium which is why electrolyte drinks have high sodium content. Like with everything moderation is key. And at the end of the day drinking water is the best thing you can do for yourself.
Pedialites are decent but it’s basically just prime. The best way to get electrolytes is to put good himalayan salt into water. Just enough to where it doesn’t taste salty.
21:40 You really can’t go wrong with having electrolytes. Unless you have a health condition that requires you to watch your sodium intake, 4 pedialytes a week is perfectly fine. I personally use LMNT electrolyte packets 3 times a week during exercise.
