I originally thought that the front flip out seat that turns into a 2nd bed was one of the coolest things I have seen and then I watched the video again and it was obvious that there are some problems with the design of it. Nobody is going to want to sit the way you were sitting with your leg on an angle while working on the lagun table which doesn’t appear to swivel all the way in front of someone sitting in the seat. Also, the drivers seat doesn’t appear to be able to swivel all the way as the seat goes all the way to the back of the drivers bucket seat. It would have made more sense to have moved the seat further away from the drivers seat so that someone could sit facing the front of the van and slide their legs under the table. Obviously, there may have been not enough length? Also, the seat might be too wide to have someone sitting comfortably ith their back against the wall?
156k is the perfect price since your house can go anywhere, you can park it almost anywhere and visit almost anywhere in it. Also it acts as your daily vehicle so that is one less thing to buy. I think it is well worth it.

Very nice, I just realised the bit above the drivers seat could be made into a crawl space for sleeping, with some more gutting. I need an incinerator toilet though.
This was great! I would only change the cabnit doors above the bed to be similar to the shower door....this way when ur parked and theyre open the doors wont take up any space

What a compliment, thank you! If your van doesn't have AC then 300ah is sufficient. Since we have an electric stove, water heater and AC we wanted more than enough power so you wouldn't have to worry about running low. The bump outs are framed out directly against the van which creates a 6' wide bed. Without the bump outs the sleeping width is only 5.5'. The table does actually swivel around to the front of the bench I just didn't show that orientation in the video!
Is there a functional seatbelt on that 3rd seat? We are trying to figure out a 3rd seat in ours for our 12yr old and are struggling to find one that works and is safe. And help you can provide?
She did show it had a seatbelt. Sitting sideways with no headrest is probably not nearly as safe in the event of a crash as a proper seat, and laws may vary state to state whether that's considered a legal seat for a child.
I'm curious...the bench has a seatbelt for safety but the seat is on slides...if there was an accident what stops the seat from sliding out while your seat belted to it? Is there a lock that I'm missing you undoing?

They are locking slides. The two yellow tabs need to be pushed down in order for the bench to slide
