Poor chickens =yuck winter!! You do a nice job giving them relief frm it! I flew the Minnesota coop in the late 70’s , really born for Az-Fl. Ev. has their niche👍🏻🐔
Do you ever let the chickens out of that little space? Life enrichment for their all important confinement, to keep them comparatively happy for the sake of what? What is so important to about their abuse? Please owner tell us!
Hi Cara -- I appreciate your concern. To reduce animal suffering, my children and I have chosen an "almost vegan" lifestyle. We eat eggs but wanted to ensure that we did not cause any suffering through our egg consumption. Our chickens are companions for us, and we enjoy the eggs they produce. The chickens free range in our backyard nearly every day -- except for in the winter because they don't like walking on snow.
