I'm only a K33 but found out that Queen B and Forkhead was a better combo for my setup than Leonidas and Marshal. Hey Aka Im a new player. If I Wanted to eventually get Lu Xun maxed I'd need 15 copies of him to fully ascend him right? That just seems unrealistic. I dont even mind coining $100 every couple of months but even then is it realistic to get a premium general fully ascended? Is the only option to coin >$1000 for a single premium general fully ascended? If you didn't coin heavily and bear in mind that to coin a general normally needs you to luck out on a premium box with a 2% chance I just dont see it happening. Am I better off just getting a tavern general and fully ascending them? How did you fully ascend your elise and nearly dewey as well out of curiosity?
Hi 👋 Unfortunately when you are talking about the latest or fairly new premium generals, there is not much else you can do except to coin to get more copies of the generals. What a lot of people do is when they coin, they save up the Glory general tokens until a general they want comes along. Then they use the tokens they have saved up and get as many copies as they can. Of course, this still requires you to coin a significant amount, so it will not be a realistic option for everyone. The best thing to do would be to get a tavern or relic general whose copies/fragments are easily attainable. The other option would be to get "Freemium" generals. These are premium generals who are made regularly available in different events. Elise is a good example of this - Elise was regularly available in the Trial of Knights event. After a while, I was able to accumulate enough copies of Elise to fully ascend her. As for George Dewey, it has been a long grind, with some luck, to get him to where he is now 😅 Otherwise you can get a premium general, get as many copies as you can and just be satisfied with that. I have Marcus Agrippa and I managed to get enough copies of him to ascend him to 3 stars. That's as far as I can go 😅
Brother, I need a comparison for an Assistant to Martinus. Custer vs Jayalalala (or whatever his name is). I have the full covenant, other than the final one completed with Jay. Mainly because I don’t want to do the math 😂

Can you please do a video for best newest combos. I am able to give Aurelian 3 red stars and I think Frigg would be best with him as assistant. But Forkbeard goes with him too.
Unfortunately, I can't look at all the possible general combinations. There are some spreadsheets out there that have this information, but I have a video that shows you the process to go through to pick your best assistants, depending on what you have available 👍

If you click on Preview rewards you can see that we can get BOA, dragon coins, blazons, even source of life ecc, but I never got one of these 😢

Currently using Sweyn as main and Suchet as assistant (although still working on Freyja's specialties for a reining assistant). I have Sweyn at 3 stars, just need one more copy of him to get to 4 stars but can't seem to get. I have enough copies of Suchet to get him to 3 stars, but don't want to waste the BOA in case I get another copy of Sweyn. Suchet is the best ground gen in the game this week (at least his stats are better than all the others), but I've had good luck with the Sweyn/Suchet combo. I'm a K38 and with my gear/refines/etc, attack comes in at 1853%, Def at 1414% and HP at 1509% with no extra buffs as of this morning. Could be better, but that would require wasting a lot more money.
Completed the stars on Elise but didn't have an assistant, then the next day I got Sweyn from a general token. Immediately married him and Elise together, they will make a lovely husband and wife I'm sure!
I am not buying into the new gens. I am going to go with Elise/Alessandra and just roll on. Using relic generals in senate is plenty of buffs for now. 🤷♂️

Ground main I use Sweyn as main with Freya assistant. Makes a great defense team. Sweyn was the best general I have to match with Freya
