- hey guys we are back. this time we are doing something different . We are on a cruise . We try Msc for the first time and are surprised how different it is from the other cruises we have been on . Come along for the journey ,we hope you enjoy .
i always think there are too many people on cruises and the hard working staff can`t cope x

Although we had fun, we would say this was quite a busy party vibe and if you were looking for more of a “cruising experience” we would definitely recommend Royal Caribbean or celebrity cruise lines. Thank you for watching 😊

Went on this cruise last April for a week was amazing but cold but we knew that . Going again in August for 12 days Mediterranean will be hot and I reckon a complete different experience can't wait. You guys seemed to enjoy it.....the ships massive.

I would just say to anyone thinking of going on a cruise the short crises are always going to be a bit chaotic. Lots of stash and hen do's and boozy groups of people

We were on the Virtuoso from 5th-18th May, we were on deck 12, and Symphony dining room, our 2 waiters that took care of the whole time we’re fab, bread service on point, drinks waiting for us after the first day when new what we were drinking, we did have drinks package though. Food was a bit hit or miss on the temperature.

I was on this exact cruise. The ship is beautiful but the food and the service was awful! As a family we have decided to stick with Disney and P&O x

I've had 3 P&O cruises and thought MCS was much better, it had nice food and loud partys, P&O was boring and full of old people, like a floating retirement home.
I've booked another MSC cruise.

A lovely break with the family and the ship is beautiful, but if I’m totally honest and I think you have to be it didn’t make me want to do a cruise, we never have and it’s not to say we won’t but not really on our agenda as of yet , you are brilliant and I’ll always watch you as your very likeable and the wife agrees . Just back from 5 nights on this ship. The ship and staff were li Ely. The found was just awful. Entertainment was OK. All the nice things are extra charges. Be prepared. Just all felt a bit 3 star. I probably won't cruise with them again.

The MSC Virtuosa is a lovely ship - our first experience was a cruise to Norway in 2022. We enjoyed the cruise probably because it was not at full capacity. We did a med cruise last year and my goodness what a difference!! Food quality had really gone down, not enough staff so getting a drink much harder and the bars were always full which made it difficult to get a seat. We would definitely not book with MSC again.
Hey thanks for the message. Yes we found the virtuosa a lovely ship too. Just needs a few thousand less people on it lol . In a strange twist of fate we are going on again very soon so will be able to compare the 2 cruses.

I like Virtuosa, but wouldn't do a short cruise due to how busy they can be.
It was an obvious oversight not bringing bread or drinks for dinner, but they served four of you and in that time you could absolutely have asked for both. Or spoken with the restaurant manager.
Sounds to me that maybe, it became a bit like, "let's see if we if they ever offer it to us" so you didn't ask. ( hence, joking about bread the rest of the evening)
Hey ho, well we all have things we like and things we don't, and it was an experience if nothing else. I would recommend a longer cruise though.

the buffet is always a safe bet for bread lol
I remember that fella in charge of restaurant unfortunately complete chaos for us they need more staff no lessons learned from Octobers complaint !

You will absolutely love the ship it’s Beautiful. We did go at a really busy time over the weekend and in half term. We have heard the longer cruises aren’t like this. So you should be fine. Let us know how it goes and we hope you have a great time 😊

Hello mate. Currently, msc are selling outside balconies for £179 july the 4th two nighter to france. Would you recommend?
Hey I couldn’t recommend msc as only been on once and it was a mixed bag . However for that price it’s worth a go !! You never know you might see us on there lol

Thanks guys, lovely family. Good to view cruises through different peoples eyes. Yea, I get the no show of the bread. Also they missed a trick regarding the drinks. As in thats where they make a lot of profit.

Give the staff their due there are loads of tables all being served from same kitchen, you keep going on about you weren’t offered bread or a drink that’s the first thing we were offered when we sat down at table 302. You have kept saying we haven’t been offered a drink or bread why not ask the server who gave you your food they would get it for you.

We can only go off our experience. We would have loved the opportunity to ask our waiter for a Drink and some bread but unfortunately he wasn’t around long enough to ask. We would definitely say they were working hard, too hard in fact, we think they could have done with some more help to take the pressure off. Thanks for watching 😊
