Fireworks should be banned in homes and only for display purposes in a safe environment. I say this as a British Indian because they are a nuisance and not time regulated, making life difficult the next day for working people.
Please note they broke the law by lighting and throwing and being drunk and acting rudely on that day. A lot of complaints were issued on the behaviour of the Indians on Diwali.
