0:55 I have 1 little point of view guess theory that is going on in the background off screen. I’m guessing the Rex is having a face off with Lady Margret the Alpha Triceratops like in Jurassic Park the game. Since that’s the only explanation for the Roaring in that is happening in the background.
What I really appreciate about this roar is that it comes so quickly after the little sentence about Ian Malcolm's Weekend. And it had a little effect on the handsome guy. He's scared after that. 😍❤
The movie makes it clear that by standing still, the T-Rex won’t see you (I personally believe it technically still sees you, but only as a solitary and non-edible object). But it would be my luck that if I stood still, it would just knock me over and then trample me (happened in Lost World).
He was literally trying to save the kids, for God's sake, he was yelling at Grant to save the kids while he led the Rex away. It was a purely selfless act and heroic, what was he supposed to do, take off running without trying to help like in the book?
@@Jmoney32689 and how long do you think the flare Grant threw would hold the T-Rex’s attention? I’d say 5 seconds at most, which isn’t long enough to save the kids from the car. The Rex would have turned around quickly and Grant would have been left exposed laying on the ground next to the Land Cruiser. Malcolm using another flare to further distract the Rex and lead it away is the only thing that saves either Grant or the kids.
0:27 I always wondered what they were looking at when they were talking about Genarro's remains. An arm? Torn up bits of flesh? So creepy to think about

But the aftermath of it! And She didn't seem to broken up about it lol She's like yup I think it what's left of him to LOL. Probably because She knew he kinda Deserves it lol wouldn't you agree?
Given the nature of the attack - clamping down on him and violently shaking him before most likely crunching down again and swallowing most of him whole, and given that T. rex had relatively blunt, thick teeth that were built for puncturing through bone and not slicing flesh, that style of attack would almost guarantee that if body parts came off before he was devoured, they'd be legs or arms - and they'd likely be severed at the weakest point, which is the joints - the elbows or knees - if you subjected a human body to that kind of violent shaking, their joints would all dislocate pretty easily. The skull of a Tyrannosaurus rex was between 5 feet and 5'6" long and Gennaro is perhaps 5'9" to 5'10" - so a logical point for the front teeth to connect if the rex takes his whole body into his mouth as far as it can go would be the knee joints - so my guess would be the lower legs - calves and feet, probably missing the shoes due to the violent shaking, severed at the knee due to a combination of violent lateral shaking and the teeth crunching down right around that point. Very unlikely to have been torso or head because again, T. rex had teeth designed for brute-force puncturing, not ripping and slicing, so the flesh of the torso would remain intact. One detail though might be a clue to a different outcome: when the T. rex bites down on Gennaro he's actually sitting on the toilet - so the T. rex takes his body into its mouth up to the waist when we see the attack, meaning the front gripping teeth - which are not very long and really not sharp at all - Gennaro would suffer shallow, blunt-force punctures just above his hips and when the rex shakes her head, it would snap his spine at that point too - and when she bites down, Gennaro has his arms up in a defensive position so they're enclosed in her mouth - in this case, it might be his entire lower half sitting there with intestines spilling out, the upper spine, ribcage, arms and head completely missing - eaten by the T. rex. It all depends on if Rexy decided to adjust her bite after the initial shaking - either it'd be his legs, hips, genitals, buttocks etc sitting on the ground or it'd be just his calves and feet. My bet would be both of his lower legs since they said "I think this was Gennaro" and "I think this was too..." they knew that he was wearing shorts and slip-on shoes, and that would be an easily identifiable part given that- if they'd just found his hands that might be harder to identify.
