Can I just give some major props to this interviewer Like he's a fucking amazing interviewer. Not annoying, weird, or obnoxious. Like literally perfect interviewer lmao

Complex these blueprint videos are great, this one especially is one of my favorites. I wasn't even aware of Scooter Braun but a lot of his wisdom I see the honesty and truth into it and it relates to my own situation. I'd love to see you guys do a Blueprint on somebody where you get a look at their everyday process, how they work in a day-to-day. We all know how successful people live, how many cars they buy, but you don't ever see what they do in a full normal day. The more you can humanize people, especially successful or famous ones, the more people will be impacted because they know it is not unobtainable. Keep up the great work Noah, thank you for letting your interviewees speak so much instead of asking superfluous questions :)
Noah Callahan-Bever I came across these videos recently and boy was it perfect timing I was feeling a bit defeated but I watched Pat and scooters video and it help renew my faith that I’m on the right track THANK YOU
I'm 18 years old taking notes on this. I can genuinely say that this was a great interview. I can tell there is so much truth, pain, and growth behind what he is saying.
It's temporary: watch a video, feel inspired, your inspiration is depleted. Hear some words, feel hope, your hope suddenly gets lost. But Scooter is a man that inspires to the point that his words can't leave your head: in some way, years later, his words from this interview, or the things he has said in the past or future or present, will come back to you. He is a living inspiration. He doesn't understand how much hope he gives to some people. To the wisest, youngest man living today: Keep it going; we all have your backs like you have ours.
This interview could not have gotten any more real than it was. Knew about Scooter but not to this extend, completely changed my whole perspective on this dude. This guy is a LEGEND ladies and gents! True inspiration 👏🏼👏🏼
scooter is a great guy, he’s so inspirational and i’m so thankful that justin has him in his life and i’ll forever be grateful for scooter for saving justin.. 🖤
This is literally the most life changing / inspirational interview i've ever seen. Scooter. What a guy. The Noah's questions as well... so perfect. I actually don't even know who inspired me more in this interview. Wow yo.
Watching this you can tell scooter has been an amazing influence on Justin. They are very similar in their thoughts and the way they talk especially now. What an inspirational guy. It so enjoyable to watch someone be so open and truthful and tell their story when he doesn't have too. I wish him all the best!!!!!
When he said "and the other person who gave me advice was Lil Jon" I was expecting "Hey, Lil Jon-" "WHAAAT!?" "I'm thinking of leaving the company." "OKAAAY!!!" "...What, you really think I should do it?" "YEEEA-UH!" "Wow, thanks, this has been a really productive talk!"

@@aly8950 yes, at the end of the day Scott 'Scooter' Braun made a business decision to buy a share of Big Machine Records which included T. I'd never heard of Scooter before this interview. His ability to launch talent is crazy and the key insights he shares are all relatable and can apply to anyone. His parents sound like absolute gems too, I could watch a Complex style interview with them.

This was one of my favorite episodes. I always wrote off Scooter Braun in my head as just some guy who backed Bieber's career and because that wasn't the music I was into, I never appreciated the story behind it or the story after it. When I watch Blueprints on people I don't recognize or haven't heard of, I subconsciously listen in a little more because they seem mysterious or intriguing just because I hadn't heard of them. But I realize that even for people who I think I know on the most superficial of pop culture awareness levels, I should want to listen to their story just as much and this is a great example that everyone has a story you can learn from. I gained a lot of insights from this interview and your questions were really good, especially that "what's your ultimate number" question and his response to that. I continue to have deeper appreciation for this series and your interviews.
