This video describes how I was able to change from one job to another. How I was able to overcome challenges or the factors affecting job application especially if you're new to NZ. Keep in mind, that these are based on my personal experience as well as my observations to those who are looking for a job in New Zealand. So, for us to be able to land a job, you need to know the factors affecting your application. For five years now, I worked in different companies particularly in the retail industry but after waiting for the right opportunities, I was able to find one which is really my kind of office job.
