1 kg Chicken
2 tsp salt
2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
2 tbsp ginger paste
2 tbsp garlic paste
1 cup yogurt ( 250 g )
14-15 black pepper
4 green cardamom
2 inch cinnamon stick
6-7 cloves
11/2 tbsp desiccated coconut
4 green cardamom
1 mace
1/3 nutmeg
1 tsp kewra water
1/2 cup oil ( you can use half ghee and half oil )

I made this korma twice, it was delicious last time when i tried and today as well, it turned out equally well balanced, appealing and tasty. I have tried your other dishes as well, like kemami sewai, biryani shadi styl, russian cutlet, kanpur styl barra, chicken kabab, and the list goes on.. i trust your recipies and they are never disappointed me. Fry the whole spices(elaichi,jaifal ,javetri) in fried onion oil. For few seconds and grind it with fried onion paste...it turns out more aromatic....
How much amount of elaichi, jaifal and javetri should we grind with fried onions for half a kg chicken? Please reply and share.
