    You dnt work with someone from the previous coaching staff you have to fail with your own team i support ruben for deciding to let ruud go even ruud wld do the same if he was the coach who has just arrived

  • @MrAurang
    @MrAurang 12 дней назад +7

    I think the club should've given the job to rvn till the end of the season ruben said he already told sporting that this was going to be his last season there so the club could've saved money by not paying ruben out of his contract just agree a deal with him in principle to come to united at the end of the season & they could've given rvn a chance aswel
    I think yes ruben has to bring in his own staff but surely the club should've insisted that rvn be part of his staff too he has the potential to be a future united manager he handled everything like a pro while he's been at united

      @@MrAurang Ruud deserves to be a manager in his own right. Hopefully he will get offered a position with another club, maybe one lower in the leagues but a starting point to cement himself in the role.

      In your last sentence you gave the reason why Ruben shouldn’t stay with rvn in his staff. Moreover, there is an underlying disbelief in Ruben’s ability to succeed at Manchester United.

  • @m.praise5467
    @m.praise5467 9 дней назад +3

    If Man Utd Did succeed, with Ruud around, it would be because of Him, and if it failed would be because of Ruud. Van so the best way to Assert himself was to be Independent and get rid of Him. Ruben is a straight forward thinking here and i think he made a right choice.. Bye Ruud, you gave me hope though.

      Dear M. Praise: Amen! Absolutely. We love Ruud, but even Goldy didn't want another Ole-type ol'-boy Manchester United legend at the club.

    To bad he didn´t take the best assistent he could have for the strikers. Good luck Ruud van Nistelrooij, you will succeed at a better place!

      Ruben understands the potential of Nistelrooij anf for that he doesn't want him to be an assitant. I'd love to see him coaching a team. He's an inteligent man and his experience will make all the difference.

    Not convinced, too much fanfare and expectation with this guy. The media is hyping it up way too much. If this guy had not been available it would have been great for RVN to take up the role permanently. I admit I miss a Utd manager with a Scottish accent. Its a shame Moyes was not treated better. It took 7 years for SAF to win the title AND he was close to being sacked. People forget that and he also personally recommended Moyes as his replacement. Club owners make me sick these days. They don’t give managers a chance, they want instant success as soon as a new manager comes in. Ive been to OT but refuse to buy a season ticket (or go on the list). The owners don’t give a toss about the fans.

      The hype is not his fault. And I wish RVN was the head coach... that way Ruben would still be in Sporting. You guys got a hell of a manager and human being. You just don't know yet.

      He wasn't really available tho was he we had to buy him out of his contract he didn't want to come now he wanted to wait till end of season then come ,I think he will be a breath of fresh air a young coach not stuck in his ways like most the older ones we have had

      As a utd fan growing g up in fergies era it's bad how far we have fallen but we need to move on fergie isn't here anymore ,yes we should keep the values he brought to the club but we need to modernise the way we do things as it shows the old ways don't work nomore
