there is a lot of core involved! have you done my core challenges? they help. :) it can also be your weight distribution...you have to make sure you are leaning forward enough to counterbalance the weight of your legs and tush behind you. make sure to always use a combination of push (with the arms) and pull (up from the core and low back) to create the lift and float. and it all comes with practice. :D
