    Ek pad bakasan.... So difficult ..... well performance
    It's my favourite yogasan
    I had won gold medal in state level championship
    So ek pad bakasan is my favourite

      shana meyerson ugh, my leg can go to center but then it sinks to the floor. I'm guessing my core isn't quite there for this?

      there is a lot of core involved! have you done my core challenges? they help. :)
      it can also be your weight distribution...you have to make sure you are leaning forward enough to counterbalance the weight of your legs and tush behind you.
      make sure to always use a combination of push (with the arms) and pull (up from the core and low back) to create the lift and float.
      and it all comes with practice. :D

      Good morning dear loving Shana. Excellent teaching.I can Lane crow pose only I lift until 50 count . I must do keep it my legs 🦵🏻 long time and I have to Lane switch my legs.
