  • Couple of clips that I did this afternoon after work.
    Just threw down some stepping stones, placed 42 feet of shuttle track between the patio and the swimming pool and had some fun as a test before darkness arrived.
    Yes, the track is not level. 😂 This was just a test run to try something out as an idea. Consider it a miniature version of those long depth perception shots down a real railroad track at an oncoming train in which it looks like the straight track is curving and going up and down... but over a distance of a mile or so.
    I might make this little setup it a permanent run in which case, I would level the soil of the entire section and build up from there so that the passengers will have a less bumpy ride.

    Very nice streetcar. Would you ever buy any in Ho Scale and run them on the SFR&M Ho Layout and maybe add some Slow motion to the video.

      Interesting idea. Probably not, though. I like trolleys/streetcars but generally only for use in the larger scales (O and G) that I run on my Halloween and Christmas village layouts.
      I do have a static HO scale model of the San Francisco Cable Car that’s displayed on my desk at work.
