Azrael doesn't get all the attached buff from the star imprint so the damage is normal.

He doesnt do that much damaga that is because the buffs reset after he dies, basically just another carrie in the team
Niche Trans that doesn’t do anything PvE bosses, might be amazing for killing VC120+ but outside of that he is only a PVP hero sadly.
