Hi, we have this same awning but the panel between the awning and the tunnel is different from the one in the video. Ours unzips all the way accross the top, down each side and rolls down to the floor. It doesn't seem to open like doors which would be better, as we have to roll it down and step over it to access our van. Is it possible to replace the panel with one like you show in the clip?

I believe the key west is a down spec version of this model.
Does this awning have limpet holes?
Unfortunately not, you could add them yourself but it would void the warranty.
