"Sure to go down" is not the case as Allah knows what our beloved shaykh's end will be. May Allah keep him steadfast. And although I would like to hear Abu Khadeejah's bio as well, the bio's of the scholars are given precedence before the bio's of the students, my friend. But perhaps if you go to an SPUBS conference, which they have twice a year, you may get to know the shaykh more.

Please do biography on the classical scholars . I.e the imams of the 4 madhabs , ibn hajar , ibn kaseer etc . I think these are priority over recent contemporary teachers

A biography of the author is normally done when teaching their book. Abu khadeejah has already done biographies of the salaf, look for them on salafisounds insha Allah.

I think the way they did it, may Allah reward them, is better. As this helps to either familiarise oneself with Arabic speech and/or to increase one's vocabulary in Arabic
The speaker talked about Rabeeeeeeee refuting Syed Qutb but missed out that Rabee was ex qutubi himself. He also missed out that Rabeeeeeeee once called for execution of tableeghi jamat members.
Stop brown nosing and tell your followers everything not only what suits your desires.
Like mentioning his 'praise' from the scholars but not their dispraise, like the reply from Sh Ghunayman on his Qutb refutation or what Fawzaan mockingly said about him being the Imam of jarh wa tadeel to name but a few.
