I'd like to clear up some the apparent fatal mistakes I made in this video! They are called rings, not coins. Sonic doesnt have a mohawk and he has more spikes then I portrayed (The reference pic I looked at didnt show all of his spikes, I know he has more but in some angles you can only see 3 or 4 at a time and I thought it looked good, shove on as many spikes as your heart desires if it bothers you), his eyes are just black in the old game (Make whatever version of Sonic you want, I just so happened to like the way the green came across with the fondant versus just black. I promise his head wont explode if you make the modern version). Hope that clears most of it up!! Lol its just a cake and it looks great! Don't listen to all of the nitpicky 12 year olds. You never said it was going to be a 100% accurate replica of sonic and everything sonic related. Your cake looks awesome, most people who arent giant assholes just focus on that. Cheers!

your cake is awesome! thank you for this tutorial!! I heard you say that we can use rice krispie for the ball to shape the head, did you use rice krispie and cover it with fondant for your ball for sonics head? if not what did you use. are there other sweet alternatives i can use as well?

Thank you so much!! I used a Styrofoam craft ball (that I got at Michael's but I think you can also get them at the dollar store), but you can definitely use rice krispies instead if you'd prefer the head to be edible😊

Awesome, really awesome cake! The detail of the little monitor phew, just spechless about it! The only thing I would have a little suggestion for you, is that you made the white part of the eyes in perspective (one side higher than the other), but the rest of the features, including the inside of the eyes, were symmetrical. So that is a little uncomfortable to see. Next time choose a perspective (symmetrical or not). Awesome job!

Did you use youre Marshmallow Fondant completely in this Video? If so, could you make a video, how you color youre MMF please, i have problems with that.....my white MMF is great, but when i add a little bit of color it turns drying or breaks when i stretch it . Sorry for my english ^^
