I love reviewers like you. It's really good for someone to really get a good feel of what they are choosing to buy. You explained it perfectly. She should have marketed it as flawless filter in a stick. That way people know what they are buying.
Hi Morgan! At first I was kinda disappointed in the amount of glow, but for travel purposes not wanting to take the heavy glass FF or Elf Halo Glow bottle, this will serve the purpose for me. I’d def apply concealer on top in the t zone. I do wish she’d release a more satin matte stick eventually though! 💕
The first thing I have to say, your hair is absolutely gorgeous! Now to why we’re here, this skin tint is a stunning highlighter, and CT knows her highlighters. What it’s not is skin tint/ foundation. Thank you for taking one for the team! Btw, I also sweat a lot and I got diagnosed with hyperhidrosis. I go twice a year and get Botox on my hair line and face. It helps me to live a more normal life and I sweat less. I live in Sweden so I get it for free. I know that that’s not the case for you, but it has improved my quality of life so much! 💕
@@KODAHH101agreed. I know she says she's dry but I rarely have the same opinion on foundation products and I have to be soooo careful with powders. I put legit pumps of oil on my face plus heavy moisturizers, then once I finish my makeup, if I put powder on my cheeks, I need to tap a highlight stick that won't dry down on my cheek bones or mega crows feet that aren't there if the powder isn't there dehydrating my poor cheek bones. I know she is also going through a point in her life where skin things start being noticed that weren't there before. Late 20's and early 30's you start asking wtf is that?! I take skincare seriously and wear my sunscreen even if staying inside. I did order this from the CT website and it should arrive soon! Excited to try it. I love WA and TF foundation sticks. I still need to tap some miracle balm, westman atelier highlight stick, Victoria Beckem has a lovely one or even a bit of Vaseline. Must tap it on with a finger so it doesn't mess things up under. I haven't found a spray that works well enough. Plus, my eyelids are oily from my skincare and hooded lids. I wish my skin was opposite. 😂😂
The thing that gets me with these makeup artist Brands is their making products for how they like to do makeup, like editorial makeup that looks good in photo shoots and blurred images with the glowy skin but in real life they just don't work
Thanks for another super clear review, dear Morgan!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩This is not my style, such a foundation or half foundation/half highlighter, but who loves it, loves it, what can i say? I prefer others. Very good comparison with that liquid highlighter product from Charlotte, which i also do not like, but i only like the most subtle highlighting stuff, and than using a very little bit. But that's me, everybody who loves more glow, go for it. Wishing you a wonderful day, and take good care of youself with the heat!😘😘😘😘
I agree with the flawless filter in a stick. But I bought it (not sure why because I'm oily), and I really enjoy it. I feel as if it fills in my pores to an extent. To me, I like it. I also powder the bejeezus out of it. Great review on the product. It's not for everyone. I'm actually shocked that I bought it. But I am glad that I did.
video idea: do a bridgerton look! Francesca had the most popping highlight this season. i think i saw articles they use pat mcgrath and there were some listed products in internet articles about previous seasons. would love to see if the articles are correct or if you have ideas what they used
Love the 70s funk music played during the sped up makeup application. I’m definitely going to buy this, I’m going to be using it over my urban decay face bond foundation, but only on the high points of the cheeks to give glow/highlight because I look so dry at the end of the day from wearing such a matte foundation. And I’m an oily skin girl, but my cheeks and chin do dry out from that foundation.
I can't make up my mind on this either! I use the FF as a highlighter under my foundation, I wouldn't dream of putting it all over my face-its metallic, and I get the same vibe from this. However you've nailed the look, it looks great on you….sort of red carpet ready…so I just do not know! I love your reviews!
So glad I watched this video!!! I literally have it in my cart at Sephora. I would have been so pissed off. FENTY eaze drops are my favorite for my skin
I have dry, mature skin. And my skin sucks up any moisture in foundations. Even hydrating ones. So much so, that even if I don't powder my face, in 3 hrs, my face LOOKS like I have powder on. So I bought this stick thinking I can use it as a sheer foundation or as a topper in the middle of the day on top of my regular foundation to hydrate my skin and make my skin look not so dry and powdered. The way oily girlies touch up their shiny faces, I touch up my dry face lol! I do this with the Kosas BB Gel Cream, it works beautifully for this function. At the least , it could work as a natural highlighter.
Aah, excellent video, Morgan and the English accent uncanny (good audition for Bridgerton). Yeah, I agree with it looking metallic. It reminds me of Laura Geller's balance and glow powder foundation, and that never sat well with my skin. But you did an amazing job with this honey, I won't be purchasing it, but on a very young skin, it would probably look amazing, just not for my almost 61-year-old skin. Thank you, gorgeous girlie 😘 🌟
This was the greasiest stick I've ever tried and I like her Airbrush Flawless foundation I did a short trying it for the first time and it was giving instant greaseball to me.
I went into the store to check shades as online gave me two different results then one of the MUAs asked if I wanted to try it, she said it's basically like Hollywood flawless filter with a little bit more coverage. It was nice but I'm not sure as I have dry skin and my skin wasn't prepped for it (as of course I wasn't expecting to try it out) as nice and light as it was, I personally felt like it did emphasise some of my dryness so I feel like if my skin was prepped for it it might look different but I'm not really sure 🤔
wow i'm early! happy thursday Morgan 🤩 this product sounds pretty on paper, but i feel like it's almost too glowy. it could be used as a cream highlight!
You look beautiful and it’s very editorial. But for everyday gals we don’t want to look like the Tin Man. We want a healthy glow. Natural. Healthy Glow. Thanks for putting it to the test, Morgan 😘💋💋
I ordered one to use a foundation stick and one to use as contour. CT was running gift with purchase (magic cream deluxe) and Sephora is going a mini CT setting powder! Im so excited to try and review!
This product is the worst foundation I can imagine for my skin. I'm oily/combo and have pores... this would look terrible on me. But... thanks for the review! You looked gorgeous
I did always think the flawless filter was dry and tight now cause i really didnt know why i didnt like it as much as other people until you explained it like this. It was like it just clicked. Weird i know, yea i didnt know how to explain it before but now i do lol
Bought it yesterday and returning it to Sephora. I have extremely dry skin and I looked like a French fry all day😆 It lasted but I had to put so much powder on my t zone it was a mess! Back to searching for a good light foundation🤷🏼♀️
See, now I’m conflicted! I did NOT like it at first, however, after powder I did! I’m a dry biatch so I’m thinking that this might work because I actually prefer to powder my face even though I’m a dry biatch. I confuse even myself at times lol. I have been looking for a new stick foundation for a while now- idk, I’m just not sure!!! I appreciate your honesty as usual 😊
Thank you for this review! It’s a pass for me. Ever since Dior came out with their Forever Glow Star Filter, it was endgame for me. I threw out all of my CT foundations & flawless filters. CT may have did it first but Dior did it BETTER ♥️
What if you use it more as a complimentary product. Like if you use the tom ford foundation stick and then use CT on the high points to add glow? Could work?
Could you compare it to the ND I need a nude highlighter please Morgan as that’s been discontinued and I’ve hit pan hard on that highlighter and looking for something to replace it? Thanks
Ok I have dry skin from the depths of hell (it’s caused by medication) so this might actually work on me! I swatched it on my hand at Sephora the other day and it looked only slightly glowy 😂 I need all the help I can get!
Thanks Morgan for your view. I was excited about this, but I saw your review and another review and it’s too much like tin man for me. I have dry skin and I still wouldn’t purchase this. By the way I love Hollywood flaw😊less filter.
I‘m on the fence. Maybe if I use it underneath my normal foundation. If I use the Hollywood flawless filter (in shade 1) underneath my normal foundation, the result looks 2 shades too deep on me (and way too yellow). But No. 1 in the Stick Foundation looks light enough (I swatched it today in my Sephora). So maybe this would work.
How is this under proper foundation? I mean let’s face it you will need coverage as this is just a glow stick. Curious would the glow peep through other foundations?
I need a bit more coverage. I like a bit of glow here and there because I have dry skin naturally, and i don'tlike my skin to look so flat. It's too expensive for highlighter for me anyway.
I agree! It’s a skin tone highlighter! I also find this and flawless filter to pull silver in its reflect which gives too much tin man. Especially all over the face.
I'm baffled too, since this product would not look good on anyone over the age of 25. Charlotte: Have you actually TRIED this?? I want to see her apply it to herself in real life! Have aliens taken over her company??
So I'm actually allergic to the Flawless Filter, but before I knew that I liked that product. I've looked at the ingredients in this stick, and I'm not allergic. I'm considering trying it for use under other foundations. But if it emphasizes texture maybe that's not a great idea. I am dry, but I'm also 40 so have some texture. What a confusing product. 😂
The few I seen that used it look older, not younger than what they are. Super weird to me. I would NEVER use this, even if it was sent for free. Ugh! I still like videos of reviewers who really reviewed and told the truth without trying to make themselves stay on a PR list by trying to make it seem not as bad.
I love stick foundation but I’m not sure this is a foundation....it’s maybe a glowy tint? But definitely pointless if you have blemishes. p.s. I hate summer too Morgan. I don’t do well in heat. Thankfully we’re in winter currently in Australia but yeah, the heat isn’t my thing.
It seems like oily girls are going to look greasy and dry flaky girls it will stick in their texture. Idk who is for? 🤷🏻♀ The packaging is adorable though. Kind of like her lipsticks. They just should have called it a highlighter!
This is NOT a foundation stick it’s Hollywood filter in a stick literally lmao I never thought I’d say this cause CT base products or products in general are my holy grails but I’ll pass on this (I own 3 shades of flawless filter that’s why)
The day Charlotte Tilbury releases a product without using a bunch of gimmicky miracle life changing wording.. is the day i will believe the product performs & purchase it. Until then shes just another infomercial..
you know those tiktoks of people filming themselves before a marathon and after a marathon looking a hot mess? its kind of giving that ahahah
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA literally
😂 funniest comment I read today
Omg! Yes
I absolutely agree! 😂😂The worst release in a long time in my eyes.

As someone who wore FF as foundation, I'm excited for this. Dry skin enjoys a glowy base.
We need more dry skin girls out there doing reviews. I need the most hydrating foundation or it’ll age me 10 years lol

Same, my friend, same.
I think that its more like a highlighter than a foundation, thank-you so more for the review. Im very new to your channel and absolutely love it xx

I’m really really really ready for the entire glowy skin trend to be over. Satin-matte is the way to go for me.
Me too❤🎉
Good afternoon, Morgan! Happy Thursday! Im so excited to watch this and hear your thoughts. I hope you are having a great day! 😊🩷💜🩵💛🧡💚
I want this to use as primer under my powder foundations! Love ya videos btw. You always give good advice and I use your recommendations all the time
It honestly looks beautiful on you!

This was one of my favorite reviews you have done and I wasn't even interested in the product. You're hilarious. 💗💗💗
Love this Beautiful Skin Radiant Concealer, and it's shade of medium color, and I totally like it
Please do an eyebrow tutorial love how they look ❤
I will pick this up, but I’m going to need ELF to dupe this asap! Please do a stick skin tint/foundation comparison video!

I’ve seen so many reviews and I’m surprised no one has tried to see how this would look under foundation
🤣😂🤣😂 Your CT impersonation is the ultimate! "Darling..." She and ND really know how to Shine! (Oh, was it too early for that one?) Love it...
Love your reviews. So honest and in line with my own opinion most of the time.❤
It looks beautiful! At least when it was all complete.
Morgan! Looking at you in this video, you could go makeup-free no problem. My 16 year old daughter thought you were 18. You look great, girl!
Bummer I thought she was coming out with a Tom ford foundation stick coverage with a"bit" of glow 😢
I heard Chanel is coming out with a stick foundation soon. And hopefully it will be more like the TF, which I loved
I thougt that would be my dream foundation. I m disappointed.
that would be my dream
Same. The timing would be perfect since TF discontinued theirs.
Promising as chanel make AWESOME foundation
I really miss the CT Magic Foundation. I really wish that she would bring that back because it was so good!

I'll be interested to see what the general consensus on this is. I might be so out of touch, but my first reaction is "what was CT thinking?"

Charlotte swings and misses!😂

What brush is being used in the video. I don’t like the Hollywood brush it lifts foundation off
Like the stick
I can’t wear CT foundation because it oxidizes on me. Thanks for the video. Another CT face product I’ll pass on.
Yeah the stick side is glowier. I love glow and it’s too much for me. 😮
Cute video. Morgan❤
Charlotte! Thank you for the new highlight stick! 😂😂😂

Yikes this is giving me Tin-man vibes😂 Thanks for saving me money, Morgan!
I'm returning it to Sephora. It came off in 2 hours in patches and looked so bad!
It's a highlighter, not a foundation... 😮 I don't even like the Flawless Filter, it's a big NO for me. Thank you for your video ❤
I agree! It’s a skin tone highlighter! I also find this and flawless filter to pull silver in its reflect which gives too much tin man. Especially all over the face.
@@LJMcCarty I'm very pale and cool toned and the Flawless Filter looks yellow and unflattering on me. I'm sure the new one would look the same
Try Dior Star Filter or Essence one. Saie is bad one too glittery. I like Flawless Filter under the foundation.
This has nothing to do with the video but oh my goodness Morgan your lashes have gotten so long they look gorgeous
I don’t know what Miss Charlotte was thinking. Is she ok? 😂
I agree! Out there!
I'm baffled too, since this product would not look good on anyone over the age of 25. Charlotte: Have you actually TRIED this?? I want to see her apply it to herself in real life! Have aliens taken over her company??
It was sold to Puig so she has other people telling her what to do. Since she sold the brand has went a different direction
@AllyKit have you seen Wayne Goss try this out? You're wrong. More mature skins can absolutely rock it.
Have you ever tried Cosmic brushes palettes???
How long do unopened foundations last.
Lmao 🤣 you sound exactly like her Darling 😅

I love glowy, not texture. Would love to see how you make it work 😅
I love you !!
omg I like a glow but this is... highlighter?
It’s giving lightbulb
Hello beautiful Morgan 😍

I still like videos of reviewers who really reviewed and told the truth without trying to make themselves stay on a PR list by trying to make it seem not as bad.
Makeup forever foundation stick.
It’s a no for me dawg. I heavily set everything with lunar beauty powder for a matte finish regardless of foundation finish.
It’s the Hollywoood flawless filter in stick form. I don’t know why they’re calling it a foundation.
Mine is currently in the mail and I’m not even going to open it. It’s going right back.
Miss Charlotte... you're not fooling us with no foundation, that is a highlighter stick lol
I’m so glad you reviewed this and are honest! This definitely is not for me, I’m a full coverage kinda girl lol
yea i dont wanna look like a disco ball 🪩
Shade base?
I think I'll pass on this..only way I see using it is as a subtle highlight.. if it was higher coverage and less shimmer I'd be all over it!
It seems like oily girls are going to look greasy and dry flaky girls it will stick in their texture. Idk who is for? 🤷🏻♀
The packaging is adorable though.
It looks like the Hollywood flawless filer in stick form
I personally don't care for it especially for the$$. I can find something better. Thanks Morgan for the video🙂
