A leak of the Phillies' potential City Connect jerseys is worse than anything I could've imagined. The MLB somehow makes these jerseys worse.

Tbh it just looks like a union jersey which is really disappointing. They could’ve done a fun jersey with the phanatic or something but instead w got this, not horrible but not good either.

How does this even pay tribute to the team/city exactly? The Braves Fake-through back for their city connect at least made sense.
Shame on the Phillies removing their sleeve numbers. And shame on Nike ditching your gorgeous chain stitching.
As an avid MLB fan, I can readily declare that I flat out despise City Connect jerseys across the board. They're the stupidest thing the game has ever seen, worse even than those idiotic July 4th caps.
My god... how about some script writing to throw it back to the Declaration of Independence... maybe a focus on the liberty bell? This looks stupid.
I agree that gradient jerseys are bad, but not always. The green gradient jerseys for the Canucks were awesome.

I agree. I hate ugly gray too. I wish my team would stop wearing it. Swap it out with much prettier red.
Anybody see the comments were turned off on the official jersey reveal video because the feedback on these jerseys was so bad? Can't wait till MLB ditches Nike.
If they did cream with red text on the front that says brotherly love and then on the helmet cream with red brim and Philly phantics face and then p on the shoulder and cream pants all red text that would and then hat would be the same as the helmet that would be amazing
