The fact that 6ix9ine was the one instructing folks to specifically commit the crimes in the indictment, even paying for them to do it, as seen in that one video clip from TMZ, is why it's beyond absurd he was able to cut a deal to put all those same folks in jail for doing exactly what he had them do. Even Kooda when Kooda was simply a solid friend, not even involved with the Treyway Bloods, and had to do 3.5 years when 6ix9ine was the one calling the shots on wanting the crime to be done. It makes no sense. The one who is putting out hits or whatever shouldn't be the one to cut deals and putting the folks under them in jail.
