Please what is the difference between the scoping in the 'Pre-assessment' phase and the Statement of Applicability (SOA) under 'Int- Audit" phase?

In the implementation context, ISO27001 awareness training is missing, and risk assessment cannot be a standard template. ISO 27K does not advocate or mandate that you must use a standard template or framework for risk. Drafting security policies and procedures are not included in the implementation discussion. Following the identification of gaps, policies may be established, and procedures can be written following the implementation of control. Everything else is perfect. Could have done better, and it was a disappointment that so many areas were left out. Thank you for a fantastic session.
