I'm sure he makes the episodes as fast as he can. A lot of work is required to make such quality animation not to mention it's free meaning he probably has a full time job that takes up a lot of his time. I give him credit to do such quality work in precious free time, think about not just the animation but the writing of the storyline, original music that has to be composed, and the voice acting which btw is top notch. That in addition to many other elements doesn't happen overnight.

NandJ TV you do realise, as the charmander line evolves they get even more aggressive...yes more controlled but it would make him worse since he only attacks ppl stronger than him. But evolving them is a good idea
