Not gonna lie, I can't stop listening to this song. I know Linkin Park since I was 8, I'm 27 now. When Chester died it was like loosing part of me, they helped me in the worst moments in my life. Seeing their comeback after 7 years not knowing if the guys who helped me would ever return is the best thing that happened to me this year. They have no idea of how much they've changed my life and I'm grateful for that ❤

Linkin park is awesome and has been and aways be. Emily is not replacing Chester she is carrying his legacy. Chester and Emily run parallel lines. She isn't trying to take over him but Mike and Emily are taking LP to a new beginning Plus they sing to honor Chester.
A lot of people who think "I Googled this woman I didn't know existed last week, so I know her better than Mike and the band do after knowing her personally for five years" makes sense to them.

Secondly, regarding Jaime Bennington: he has a history of conspiracy theories about his dad (claiming he was murdered in a cover-up) and angry harassment of Mike and the band, to the point where Mike had to block him from social media. His latest toxic spew is, when Mike told the audience at the reunion concert "in the role of Chester Bennington tonight is all of you", Jaime decided that was a personal attack aimed at him, because "Mike knew I was in the audience and he used my father against me." Look, we all understand that Jaime is grieving in ways we can't imagine. But especially after 7 years, if he's still spouting angry paranoia to hurt others over it, that's not okay. He's clearly not processed his grief well, and he needs professional help, but he's unlikely to seek or accept it. But none of that is an excuse for his behavior.
