I got a ticket for my truck slipping on the wet road when I wasn't speeding or driving dangerously, no witnesses, no nothing .. they just hit me with a ticket for failure to maintain lane for 157 dollars, I challenged it in a kangaroo court and the judge found me guilty and said I had to be speeding because I lost control of the vehicle, which I wasn't, it just started sliding and I couldn't get it back under control.. After she told I was guilty I was voicing my opinion that they had zero evidence that I committed a crime or did anything wrong and she told to shut up or she's going to hit me with worse charges.. I wasn't yelling, and I wasn't being belligerent.

As a sworn lay judge from another country I am appalled by how the US police as you portray them treat people. However, statistically it is probably 100 to 1, with 100 civilians versus 1 beaten police officer so the civilians will always be at a disadvantage. If it were 1 vs. 1, it would look the same unfortunately. The problem is that the US judicial system does not judge civilians the way they teach and people do not realize that the probability of being severely beaten up by the police for hurting their ego is very high.

As a sworn lay judge from another country I am appalled by how the US police as you portray them treat people. However, statistically it is probably 100 to 1, with 100 civilians versus 1 beaten police officer so the civilians will always be at a disadvantage. If it were 1 vs. 1, it would look the same unfortunately. The problem is that the US judicial system does not judge civilians the way they teach and people do not realize that the probability of being severely beaten up by the police for hurting their ego is very high.

But you must understand this & invoke your rights, & the same goes for courts.
Once you do, you must go on the offensive & swear out complaints against all cops involved, & you also ideally warned them & citizens arrested them(you don't need to actually go hands on, although you technically could anywhere in the US under 14A, & under mamy state constitutions you also can.. it's usually not advisable, though, & is unnecessary).
Then, if you end up in court(which most folks in the know never end up there because they don't ID w/o a proper warrant, & plus those in the system don't want to risk publicity or precedents for such cases, so they tend to run away, I shite you not), as soon as the prosecution says they're ready, you move for dismissal based on 6A right to face & question accuser. At least, assuming you victimized no one.. if you did that then sorry about your poor decisions.. but in dru$ cases & other "victimless crimes,"(another thing that diesn't exist under our constitution, you're good. Even if the court denies that dismissal, & somehow ends up ruling against you despite all the other rights you'll be standing on, & the criminal nature of your seizure to begin with, you now have automatic grounds for appeal.
And there's more to it, but it's a heckuvah lot simpler than remember a bunch of precedents that may or may not help you anyway(that's their nonsense, & they don't even appreciate it when you do learn & try to use it). And there'd more to it, you have to understand that the state actors will double down, collude, & try to thwart you, but that actually ends up being in your favor in the end, but this is already too long to go into everything, but just understand there are answers to every objection & question folks might have to the idea of actually believing what our constitution says, which is *ALL* I'm advocating.
