@@DanielField2023 thanks for watching, Daniel! 16k miles is a bit of a click bait. If you paid attention, I mentioned that this is my 4th oil change. I’ve done one at 1,000 miles, installed a magnetic drain plug and cut open an original filter and looked at break-in metal shavings (see my video on that) then 6k, then 11k, and now at 16k miles. I only put about 5-6k miles on this car per year, so it is an annual oil change. Using synthetic oil allows me to do this once a year maintenance interval.
Nicely done and explained 👍🏻
Thanks for watching my friend! I enjoy your videos too! How’s that Town Car doing in this heat?
@@MaximumDIYGarage Town Car drives fine. I take the Tesla to work though as I can set the AC to start 10 min before I leave.
@@EnthusiastCarHangar can’t beat that!
I was hoping you waited 16k, just to see how the oil looked.
Sorry, my bad, that was a click bait! I did one at 1k, 6k, 11k and not at 16k miles. Usually once a year routine for me.
I change Oil every 3K or 6 month 16,000 miles? this is why I can reach 250k no no issues with service done often.
