Japanese_Summer_FES_Make

In this issue, we introduce "Makeup Lover's Festival Makeup"!
Since the makeup is designed for outdoor festivals, it has a "sparkling" finish and a "special" look that is a little different from the usual makeup.
I used glittery lame items around the eyes and mouth to create plump, three-dimensional lips that reflect a lot of light!
And the base makeup? I used a bunch of items that are resistant to breakdown, so I got a smooth matte finish.
But I didn't want to give up on the luster, so I used blush and highlighter items to add a strong luster!

She didn't do anything to the shape. The color she used just gives that effect on camera. Plus not all makeup styles go for plump lips, small ones can be considered cute.
I'm very self conscious about my thin lips and it made me happy to see a model with that feature not trying to make them look bigger
