What is the number one way to improve body composition? Running! What is the number one way to naturally increase hormones and remain young? Running! What is the greatest way to prepare yourself for the intensities of combat? Running!
When you run (Sprint) you burn more calories per second than you do in any other possible human activity! There is nothing as intense as running (sprinting) when it comes to calories per second. By acclimating our body to running (sprinting) we can now easily reach new heights of intensities in our chosen sport. Simply practicing your sport of choice will never allow you to achieve your highest potential in that sport! This is a well known secret of elite trainers: by sprinting regularly you will quickly improve your tolerance to increased levels intensity, your grappling/MMA sessions will seem tame in comparison. Still, it is crucial however that your running routine not take away from precious mat time. This is why Coach Zahabi has included a PDF Guide with sample workouts and details on exactly how to incorporate a running program for combat athletes.
Most important of all, you will learn proper running technique that will allow you to decrease recovery time, decrease inflammation and eliminate injury. You will be able to run faster, further and pain free. Coach also demonstrates the Dynamic Warm-Up and how to shuttle run, a variety of “cut backs” techniques that will allow you to develop world class legs and a respiratory system that will never quit!
Coach will also teach you the best method for increasing the size of your calfs! Forget expensive calf raise machines, forget doing countless reps hoping to see your calfs grow. Coach Zahabi will teach the easiest way to safely use leverage against your calf and force them to grow.
This instructional runs for over 1hr with zero dead time or fluff and includes a PDF Companion Guide! You get the equivalent of what you would learn in a 3-hour seminar. Coach loves to get straight to the point. You will waste zero minutes watching this video. Every single minute in this video is educational.

I just want you to know something coach.
This "Live Q/A" thing you do literally brings you no significant monetary value, especially not the equivalent to your experience.
Yet you choose to literally answer random questions, never with holding any of your knowledge back, never with holding your experience back, and always sharing stuff with people for literally no cost. I understand how valuable this is knowledge is and how priceless it is.
You sir, may be too humble to see this. But you are truely brave to do this. 🙏
I truely respect such great people like you and I am inspired by them.
Your explaination of "percieved excertion" has truley changed my life and well being. Thank you for what you do and to simply be alive and be well. Jazak Allah khair!

Wanna see more people like that? Surround yourself (IRL and on the web) with people who actually love what they do. Even the greediest bastard will give you more than he might seem to want. Where there's passion, there's honesty and openness, and people are compelled to share. Oss!

Firas. The mirror in my home is exhausted. “You again?” it says. It has gotten so comfortable seeing me pinch my belly and doing nothing about it.
Your episodes center me but I lack the consistency.
    Thanks for what you do!

Something you might find interesting about Descartes’ Meditations is that there’s strong evidence to suggest he wrote it from the perspective of a different narrator and not from his own perspective. He didn’t actually write the six meditations in six days, because the purpose of the work was to use storytelling to guide the reader into meditation. Something interesting about the work!
I wrote my semester paper on his proof of God in Meditations so I’m happy to see you talk knowledgeably about this

Coach, please release a video whenever you have the time, about how a human can still sin if they have absolute certainty about Allah? You said that you don't believe in God you know God. But I personally think, and this is my own opinion, and I could be wrong, but that type of certainty is what the Prophets had. And that helped in them staying sinless with the mercy of Allah. Am I wrong?

Hope you help out with this - everythjng I see in my experience has a creator but the problem for the creator to exist time has to exist . This is also a reason why the creator as we say cannot have any form . Example - the creator has to exist to create the creation but then by definition time has to exist before creator which means there was creation before creator ?

    • @TarekMarzouki
      @TarekMarzouki Год назад +1

Beginnings and ends are within the realm of time so how about a creator that has created time, space and the concept of creation itself therefore he is above time and everything that was created in that realm

Like even if this made me realize that I'm more manipulative than I think I am, it doesn't change the fact that I will fight for the things that I believe with everything I have, and perhaps in some ways more than anyone on social media based on how I go about my marketing. Unless you're a boxer or coach in this space that would like to give me opportunities, cause I have nothing to prove to the boxing world fighting in my country, then don't reply to this. If you're just a regular guy then you have no business talking behind the keyboard or my back. Cause this video sort of proved that you're doomed to become a psychopath trying to prove me wrong, if your belief in something is as staunch as mine and also as strong-willed as I am.

Leave God's creation as it is, and don't interfere with it. Tinkering and raping what's natural, I feel is the problem. Perhaps, psychological makeup is subjective, but what's also subjective is how things are as they are. Mountain is mountain, water is water, soil is soil. I don't see any fish out there identifying himself out there as a shark, nor do I see any mountain out there identifying himself as pluto.
