What is the rpm of these smaller motors? And do they have a good amount of torque ? I want it to build a woodworking lathe and i found one of these for free .. i wanted one of the larger ones but i could only find one like that in the video
Motor has 3 wires, connect the black to power source then get the remaining 2 wires connect to capacitor then the other wire from source can be connected to 1 of those joints where capacitor and motor are connected just chose 1 from there depend on what direction you want to rotate the motor

Rpm is 1370 torque just enough for the project you mention but better use the bigger one

It depends on the motor, you can use 8uf-10uf 110v and the frequency in you country

Try mo ikotin yung drum niya sir baka baka dina siya smooth, lagyan mo oil. pero pwede rin na aluminium ang rewind ng nabili niyong bagong motor .
