This is amazing! This is how I see the horseworld. I am tired of people telling me the opposite and that I need to be more aggressive. I was always told that is the only way to control horses. I privately created my own relationship with these horses and had wonderful connections compared to my coworkers and barn friends. I suspect many other people learned this as well through loving and respecting their horses. After many years being around horses through pony club in my youth, taking riding lessons throughout my life, working with race horses and then dealing with my own horse, I learned creating a relationship got me further than those that tried to muscle/control horses into submission. I'm searching for something like this for validation that I am living this concept.
Josh sounds great, I'll have to check out his videos! I've been enamored with Ryan Rose Horsemanship, as he too, is so in tune with the horse's emotions and state of mind. He releases the ask as soon as they make the smallest try. He's very, very patient, kind & understanding with them. 🥰🤗 🐎 🐴 ❤
I played with my horse today with this info in mind... what does she need? And we had one of the best playtimes yet! Thank you to Noelle for hosting and to Josh Nichol for being able to communicate this information!
😮 WOW ❤ As always, you are just so full of interesting knowledge. I resonate so intensely with your philosophy. THANK YOU for sharing this with all of us. Much love. ❤😊

Been around horses a long time. Have had to unlearn a lot of stuff from the old ways. It’s been an interesting long journey.
Love this ❤

Host talks too much, please let the guest do the talking!!!!
She needs to speak less and listen to the expert more.
I found her comments and ideas just as interesting and relevant as the guest's. A great conversation!
